What Vince should know is that what worked in the 90s cannot work in today's era. What worked for Hogan initially worked for Cena (till he destroyed the Nexus), and will never work for Roman. I dunno how someone who used enhanced drugs and nearly killed another guy will still be a face.

Rollins was actually the face of the company (despite being a heel) till the injury he sustained.

Roman has charisma. Just not the kind needed to connect with the fans as face of the company. Vince should have used Seth. Or at least, given Roman a few more years before pushing him. That 2015 Rumble win turned the fans against him
