A. Therein lies the issue. She is really going for holiday this time? how can the VO trust her words, when the last time, she travelled to the US after she had gotten pregnant, meaning she wasn't going for holiday but childbirth (from the VO's perspective).

B. I am guessing you people sent 'after the fact' change of intent later...it does not work, her credibility is damaged.

C. Apply for a B2 medical visa, and tell her to tell the VO the truth, whether she is asked or not - that she planned to give birth in the US, and hid this from the VO that interviewed her. She may be refused or not, but it would be on records that she came clean.

D. Its not a crime to give birth in the US, just be honest about it.

Good day house.. please I have a sister who applied for Usa tourist visa last month, and she choose Miami, Florida as her tourist destination. her interview is schedule for the end of this month. but she heard about the weather forecast that the hurricane will get to Florida and people were asked to vacate most of the city.....my question is what can she do, can she change the city or she should still leave it like that, and also how many time can someone reschedule interview appointment. please we need your advice on this

2. Single with no kids, I chose not to get a "companion"
3. I lost a passport 2013, A friend told me not to declare that, but I refused.
My whole epistle, DON'T LIE NO MATTER HOW MINUTE.

And also know your strong point and when the VO gives you a chance to sell yourself (which you gonna get), make it count!!!

But my case is kinda different because it's a group application for 4 people and on the update profile page. It seems I can only change the DS 160 number for only one applicant.. Anyone got an idea on how to go about changing the DS 160 for all 4 applicants having in mind that they don't want to change the interview date... Thanks in anticipation

Cosade, let's not be so quick to judge or conclude, as we not VOs and the mind these people operate is very different and shocking... Several denials in one country does not mean another won't grant it, every country to its own policy.. It may interest you to know that the VO will even be impressed that the OP brought the same passport with denial stamps and yet get approved, hence his/her ties is strong
Let's not Also forget that is God that grants visas and not man, many with travel experience has been refused and many with Virgin passport had been approved

Actually we both agreed on different by both embassy but what I'm trying to pass across is that UK can deny you based on the balance of your bank account which may not truly reflect your true financial position especially if your firm is sponsoring your trip which was something that happened to me personally.
