I totally agree. It isn't even just investors ( there have been no significant investors local or foreign coming into the SE for several years now - the geographical risk premium is to high for market size) My concern is for those hard working igbo men and women outside the south east. You cannot start a low intensity war and expect the people you are fighting to greet you with flowers in the morning. True they may not respond with violence, but violence is not the only risk to these businesses. Selective and strict regulatory compliance is a greater danger. I know what I am talking about.
