He has his visa on the university name but due to funds as his business is fumbling.

upon landing in US, can e transfer to community college or needs to report to the university first before transfer can be done.

or how can transfer be done?

HAVE been trying to register for the NOVEMBER 4 SAT EXAM since yesterday, but am experiencing some kind of difficulty here, Firstly
The November 4 date is not showing, as you can see in the picture attached
Secondly
I was asked if I would like to include the SAT ESSAY which I don't know if it will be useful.

My question is, If I should register for the December SAT which will against my application deadline, can I attach it later, even after submitting my application?

if it not showing then it most likely sold out and no longer available to be booked

regarding application deadline . you need to take the deadline seriously so it on to you to ensure you plan well and in advance. if it difficult to meet the school deadline then you need to contact the school directly and see what their policy is

regarding Essay it clearly states there that some school require it and others dont... so to include it or not check the schools requirements.

it is very difficult to work and train yourself in the US....as a student you are only allowed to work 20 hours a week. That 20 hours salary can never cover tuition and living expenses.

you do not have to physically report to the MBA school ... but need to formally go through the process of transfering school and SEVIS. This process can be done virtually via email or phone so once you get to the USA then contact the MBA School and advice on the need to change

also you need to check the MBA school requirements. some schools inist on students spending a semester some schools have no requirement so you need to confirm

We should not encourage people to do this. It is patently unfair to the US process and we want to avoid making this a common situation where people obtain visas for schools they have zero intention of attending, as a means of beating the visa interview process. We need to have standards as a people.

The US has not put a law against making a switch hence I stated what the process is
