tbaba1234: Morata could have more goals than Hazard but we know the best. Moreover, Simon Moses has played in more than matches in different games. |

The fact is that Onyekuru's market value has been on the rise and has eclipsed Simon in a very short time (since he started playing in the Jupiler league). Simon's MV has been rather stagnant for the MOST PART since he's been playing in the Jupiler league. I will have to question your ability to read a graph if you disagree with me. forgiveness: 1 Like

If the Brazilian - Nigerian Descent player is not good why some club wan buy am? When I heard Nigerian Brazilian Football player, my appetite for him was instance because he has played in the Brazilian league and must have learned the swagger. If he gets a buyer in the EPL and scores in January then I will give him my pass mark to the world Cup. 1 Like |

If Henry Onyekuru worths 7 million whatever, now let it sink into you that Simon Moses will not even go for 8. 3 million whatever. personally i think it's a mistake compering S. moses to onyekuru. even though they play in similar positions their styles differ. onyekuru is more of a striker cum winger in the mould of CR7, thierry henry, osaze etc guys who can play on the flanks but always have a goal threat in them. such players will end up in the number 9 position. it will be more logical to compare onyekuru to kayode olanrewaju both play on the wings and have an eye for goal simon on the other hand is a pure winger who just loves to take on and beat his man. the main stat that would be used to judge him is his number of assists but he will be also expected to contribute his fair share of goals. simon's game is most similar to people like hazard, robben, di maria and the likes. it would be more logical to compare simon to vicmo, peter olayinka, samuel kalu or even ahmed musa. that said based on team honours obviously simon moses is ahead but on individual achievements henry is definitely ahead. more goals, good number of assists, signed by a club in a higher ranked league, better career trajectory etc but like i said before i think they have different roles for us to be putting them side by side. it's like comparing hazard to morata 3 Likes |

tbaba1234: Wrong! They din't play in the same position throughout last season. Simon Moses played mostly as a second striker last season and only played 6 matches on the left wing. He scored 3 goals and assisted 4 when he played on the LW last season. While, Henry Onyekuru played mostly as a LW last season. He played 34 matches, scored 18 goals and gave 8 assists. Get your facts right before you start posting falsely. |

chrisooblog: Reason why Simon is still in the Super Eagles starting 11 is because we don't have so many wingers better than he is at the moment. If he Doesn't change his style of play he'll end up like the likes of Pius Ikedia and Ahmed Musa. Simon has a lot to learn in terms of his final passes. He works so very hard but the product of all those hardwork is just average or less. You saw how Iwobi changed things upon his introduction against Zambia? That is how a modern winger plays. You notice Iwobi didn't run much on the wings which gave Shehu acres to make his runs. Iwobi went deep close to the AM position which was where Shehu's cross came to meet him and the rest is history. Ahmed Musa does that too once in a while but Simon is always on the flanks and doesn't really combine well with the number 10 player. His own is to take on defenders one-on and finally play one way-ward cross. You saw how Iwobi combined well with Mikel and even Ighalo. Same thing in the game in Ndola. Yes Onyekuru is up and coming but as you rightly said I would like to see him develop as a striker. We are blessed with wingers in this team but we don't have depth in the striking department. Rohr should draft in Onyekuru among the CF jare. |

Kog45: Not to rubbish them o but it seems a good number of them have never seen us play Cameroon at a competitive level. Or probably they were too young to recall. I think the last time was at 2004 AFCON. Cameroon have always presented bulky teams. And each time we beat them we used skills and trickery, sleek football. You remember also that Kanu's pass to Utaka that gave us victory in 2004? That was what Mikel and Ighalo replicated. Teams like that cannot cope with skillful and sleek football. That's why they typically end up with 9players against such teams. 3 Likes |

chrisooblog: Yes, the style of play is different. Moses is your traditional winger, Henry prefers to come inside. As such, Simon should get more assists and Henry more chances to score. Simon is not even giving assists. He has one for the season from an indirect freekick but none from open play. Henry and Simon play exactly the same role in the team. LWF. Henry's goal return gave him more freedom. Not even they coaches thought he will explode, the way he did last year. Kayode is an out and out striker, henry isn't. He plays primarily from the wings. Simon had a great goals return in his first year from the wings. Henry is not a number 9 and i do not think he will thrive there. Kayode is a number 9. Totally different. 2 Likes |

Icon4s: It was obvious Rohr changed tactics and pattern of play when he brought on Iwobi. I maintain, Simon Moses followed Rohr instructions, even Shehu Abdullahi followed instructions because he never crossed the half line until Iwobi came in. They practiced this before the match during training. Iwobi would have gassed out if he started the game. There was no abracadabra Iwobi did. It was absolutely the game plan. 1 Like |

Has Onyekuru assisted in a cup final competition to help his club win the Belgium FA cup? At, club level, with enough facts on ground, Simon Moses has achieved more than Onyekuru in club level.
