PDP and IPOB will like this because they like bad news.

The report states that insurgency has slowed down but the only part that people are talking about is the 3 local government.

Whether this is true or not, this government has done well from 23 local governments to 3.

If Jonathan was able to achieve this, who would have been able to blame him?

Did you read the report? They said attacks slowed down, not because of the military but because of the rainy season.
They also predicted that frequency of attacks will increase with the dry season

No the news doesn't make me happy. I value human lives far more than propaganda

The OP is deliberately being disingenious. The article said inaccessible because of the presence of Boko haram insurgents, not that they are under the control of insurgents. What this means is that humanitarian convoys avoid these areas because of the presence of pockets of insurgents. Not that these areas are under control. Please lets act and behave like we went to school.

Key quotes to understand story. They aren't in control they are just making life harder for aid convoys to do their jobs.

But the UN said despite efforts by the military, some locations in Borno state, including three whole local government areas, remained inaccessible to aid workers as a result of the threat posed by the Boko Haram sect.

It said Boko Haram hostilities that slowed down due to the rainy season might increase in the coming months.
“Insecurity, presence of mines, improvised explosive devices, and unexploded ordinances had continued to slow down the response of humanitarian agencies in Borno, Yobe and Adamawa states” said OCHA’s monthly report for September 2017, titled, “North-East Nigeria: Humanitarian Situation Update”.

Still no common sense.

I asked a simple question any sane mind should ask.

If Boko haram is holding 3 local Govts, just name them.

Until u list them, bury ur hate filled brain in shame.

i hope each and everyone is seeing things now how it is been unfold as it stand APC government aren't ready to defeat boko haram menace. they can only flex on innocents Nigerians that has no weapons. PMB has failed since last year when he brought recession to Nigeria. not only recession, he's shielding the corrupt thieves in his party and you are expecting NIGERIA ARMY to destroy boko haram. as it stand boko haram are still shedding innocents blood in the north east by the day.

From NNPCgate to Mainagate to Boko Haram gate, the next stop should be Buhari out through Asọ Rock gate, and straight into the gate of hell.

Lie Mohammed, your services are needed ASAP

Let the rat that chased Buhari out of office decend on Lai Muhammad on this issue at hand.

UN is a IPOB and PDP members. grin

APC zombies and Buhari's Aso Rock cabals and their sycophants lied to the whole world how boko haram are nolonger in control of any territory.

APC led Buhari's chief of army staff government and liar Mohammad are really good at lies and deception.

They ran away from Boko haram, only to came to massacring unarmed IPOB youths and women in south east Biafraland.

Buarati and all those involved in massacring unarmed civilians in south east will not go free. You all must be probes either in living or dead.
