Obiano (APGA) - 2nd - He should be the first with the way he presented facts but his stuttering nature affected him.

Obaze (PDP)- 3rd - He used his ability with words to say gibberish and blow things out of proportion.

Godwin (PPA) 4th- him try.. Philanthropist, seun self.

Tony (APC)56th- where the Bleep did APC pick this guy from.

It's possible Jonathan had access to the questions before the debate, but it would have been better for Buhari to participate in the debate to sell his program to the populace, rather than focusing only on whether he will win the debate or not.
Also participating in the debate would have made Buhari set up a backroom team of technocrats who will articulate his position on pertinent national issues. The technocrats from the backroom staff would also have served as ready materials for his cabinet, after he won the election, rather than the inertia we witnessed after he won the election and then took almost six months to appoint his Ministers. Donald Trump took barely some days to appoint his Secretaries, as many of them were drawn from his backroom staff during the American Presidential elections.
