If you have the m3u playlist from an IPTV seller, download the ProgTV app from the Google Playstore onto your android box to enjoy that cable TV experience. You can pause, rewind, fast forward and record a programme. Personally, I prefer this app to others like Perfect Player, VLC, Kodi, Stbemulator, etc.

It even has its own modules/scrappers it uses to stream many other TV stations around the world, independent of third-party lists. It's available on both Android and Windows platforms from progdvb.com In a related sense, those with Smart TV/AndroidTV OS gear should try the TVirl app - its inplementation of TV Guide over the Live TV module is very sleek, and just makes the Live TV module come alive. ........
