Vatican has a budget billions of dollars with a third of that money coming to Africa and South America in aids and support.
And the remaining two thirds for what?
Why dont they give out 90 percent of the money?

Re: 7 Things Our Nigerian Pastors Can Learn From Pope Francis by gerg: 9:54am On Dec 10, 2017
The pope and pastors are all one and same people. The only difference is that the pope has mastered the act of deception and Machiavellian laws of power or maybe the pastors just chose to be plain and open in their deception. whichever way, the gullible followers will still flow along. Go back to history and understand what it means to be a pope. all the attrocities and evil the popes perpetrated against the world.

The church is not functioning as a country. Vatican is not a Church, it is a theocratic country just like ancient Israel.

The pope is not a Christian please. We do not worship the same God. He is an occultist, because no genuine Christian can ever fault Trump from moving the American Embassy to Jerusalem and declaring same the capital of Isreal.

Same Israel with 2% of them being Christians? In case you don't know, the official religion of Israel is Judaism that deny the person of Jesus. And the declaration has only brought chaos where there was relative peace. Children and women being most casualties.

Pope Francis is a Franciscan priest and Franciscan priests due to vows of poverty don't earn salaries or own properties.

And, I don't think any Pope earns salaries for being a Pope. They earn salaries for being Bishop of Rome (an equivalent of President of a country).

Which trick?

Listen, I am a critic of the Catholic Church but I am the sort of person who gets enough information about something before I criticize or praise it.

The Pope earns salaries for being the president of the Vatican city. The Vatican city is a theocracy. In a democracy, the Bishop of Rome would be known as president.

You have a point there and that has always been my position. Many Christians are guilty of promoting popes and pastors instead of Christ. This had led many into unwittingly idolizing fellow labourers in Christ.

your brain is too one sided to reason that such a move could even lead to political instability and insecurity in that region

And wherever you have instability and insecurity, it reverberates around the whole world....look at Libya, just because they removed Gaddafi, Libyans are bow selling fellow Africans and you can feel it in Nigeria, Somalia, Benin which has citizens that have been sold...do you know what will become of those people?

The Pope is preaching peace and that idiot Trump decides to make a move that will not foster peace and the only thing your myopic mind can see is your religion

The myopia is yours! Did you listen to Trumps speech? Nothing will change. The region will not be destabilized. Quote me. Since 95' American Presidents from Clinton have been avoiding doing the needful. The restoration of Jerusalem as Biblical prophecy is what matters to me not an occultist masquerading as the Vicar of Christ.

Your homosexual supporting Pope has nothing to teach anybody. Even the serpent was nice to Eve until she was effectively deceived.

The Catholic Church is both divine and human institutions - divine cos it was instituted by Christ upon St. Peter the Rock, human cos its leadership and followers are humans. The Church is paradoxically living...home to most humble saints and proud sinners. Wealthy and yet poor. The riches of the Church are beyond comparison and likewise her care for the "abandoned" the Church has the largest charities ever known to mankind. Its love for knowledge makes her to be the greatest preversator/patron of learning in western civilization despite the scandal of Galileo. The Church founded prominent universities like Oxford, Cambridge, louvain, Paris. Today abt 2300 universities and colleges are owned and run by the Church. The Church as the mystical body of Christ has never been wanting in scandal --- a testimony that Christ handed in church in care of human beings but there has never been a doctrinal error a testimony that the Church is led by the holy spirit.

Pope worshipper are you aware that declaration of Jerusalem as capital of Isreal is Biblical prophesy? Any peace not championed by God is peace of the graveyard!

Pope does not represent anything about God.
