how can you recommend a 19-year old for first choice? You think senior World Cup is U-20?

Add to that, he is not even playing in a top league, I mean, really, do you know the kind of shitty strikers he's up against? Can you compare them to the likes of Messi, Aguero, Modric or Rakitic?

Please, let's focus on begging Enyeama to come back, we shouldn't lose hope because we cannot field an inexperienced baby goalie for something as important as the World Cup

KPOM!

That's why I would like for KC to leave in January, either on loan or a permanent move. I am not a big believer is recommending that he stays and fight. That would be an uphill task for him as long as the current squad keeps playing well and keeps winning.

O pari

In fact, I refuse to believe that KC's inability to break into the Starting 11 is down to his not working hard enough.

He's simply not in Puel's plans. Simple!

My major problem is not his age but keeping in division three cos it would not add to his experience as a WC bound keeper.I want him in the main team cos it was two la liga matches that paved way for Uzoho not division three appearances,so all those clean sheets in division three doesn't matter to me,better for him not to have clean sheets in LA liga and be getting the experience.

The bottom line is that those 3 players: Mane, Salah, and Aubameyang are better than Moses. However, if we are going by Cristiano Ronaldo standard then VicMo should win it but none of the other players won any silverwares last season.

It is either Ronaldo thief your gf or he make you lose big money for bet9ja.

ehn, he's not the coach.

He's doing his best and if the coach has half a brain he would reward that best with a promotion. But man can only play where he is assigned to play, his current position is not because he hasn't put in effort.

Let us remember that when we want to fault his career. The boy is good and his coach is an idiot

You can never tell

Enyeama's call-up might end up in disaster. This is someone who has been side-lined for quite a while

Uzoho is currently on form and the world cup may just be the platform for him to show the world the stuff he's made of

He showed some glimpses of brilliance in the Argentine game. Although, I'll still recommend that he mams the sticks in two or more international competitive matches to fully assess him. Hence the need to organize as much friendlies as possible.

I'm sure your knows this as he's very experienced

Apart from the GK Dept, we also need a ball playing, fast centre back and a good creative central midfielder and a deadly top striker

Balogun for me is quite slow of the mark and while ekong is solid, they both lack good long range passing. This is a very important attibute if we're to play as a solid counter attacking unit

Our midfielders should also improve on their passing. John ogu, ndidi (good tackler though), et Al displayed some very awful passing against Argentina that gifted the ball away easily.

I know Musa is going through a lot right now but if he doesn't start getting regular playing time (at Leicester or elsewhere) he has no business in that squad. Same for nacho

(Photo Confirmation) Nigeria Target Kevin Akpoguma Extends Hoffenheim Contract
Published: December 18, 2017

Through a statement on their official webpage, German Bundesliga outfit TSG Hoffenheim have announced that they have extended their cooperation with Germany youth-teamer of Nigerian parentage Kevin Akpoguma.

The new deal inked by the central defender will keep him at the Rhein-Neckar-Arena until at least the end of the 2020-2021 season, if both parties honour the agreement.

The 22-year-old Akpoguma celebrated his Bundesliga debut on October 22, 2017 when he replaced Stefan Posch in Hoffenheim's 1–1 draw with VfL Wolfsburg, and has nine appearances under his belt to date.

''For me, TSG is the perfect club for me to continue to develop and establish myself in the Bundesliga,'' Akpoguma told Hoffenheim's official website.

''I find here an ambitious environment that gives young players the chance to improve and grow. ''

Akpoguma joined Hoffenheim from Karlsruher SC in 2013 and spent the whole of last season on loan at second-tier Fortuna
Düsseldorf.

The Nigeria Football Federation and manager Gernot Rohr are hoping to convince him to represent the Super Eagles at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

Dat is a fat lie. Out of the 15 matches he was available to play he has played 12, and it is only in 3 matches he didn't play up to 10 minutes.

abeg let's forget this mane, salah, aubemeyang comparison with VicMo. I mean we could easily drop Vicmo without a second thought. imagine an Aubemeyang in SE ahead of VicMo, or a Mane how potent that would serve us. Maybe VicMo is as good as Salah but his goal conversion rate cannot be compared with Salah if the Egyptian played for SE.

(2) Oshoala would easily win AWFTY. But we wouldn't say she hasn't played any match for Nigeria this year. while her SA rival has played. But we would not make a fuzz about it as we know she is way above her contenders.

when you are good, I mean clearly good. it is usually difficult to be ignored even when you are not at your peak. Names like Aube, Mane, Salah have been playing at this peak for the past 3 seasons. Maybe Salah hasn't but he has kept himself not too far off. Moses case like we know has been one which is just having a resurgence from his days at Wigan.

Yes, It isn't all about hard work. Other factors might come to play as well, and Safarigirl mentioned some of them.

These are the words of Cristiano Ronaldo on his success so far

“"It’s not just a result of the work I do in the gym, like some people think. It’s the sum of many things.

Rohr should try etebo, ndidi and Mikel that's our best bet. Etebo was king against Algeria in the first leg.

Arsenal In Contract Extension Talks With Iwobi
Arsenal are currently in talks with Super Eagles forward Alex Iwobi about a new contract despite him only signing a deal last year.

The Gunners are desperate to agree a new deal with Iwobi before he leaves for the World Cup in Russia with the Super Eagles next summer.

The 21-year-old will have another three years left on his current deal at the end of the current campaign.

According to SunSport, talks have begun between the club and player’s representatives, but there is still some way to go before a new long-term deal is agreed.

The Sun claims Iwobi signed a five-year deal worth £30,000-a-week in October 2016, but any fresh terms have to reflect his progress made in the last 12 months.

The youngster made his debut in 2015 and made 21 appearances, scoring two goals.

He has made 15 appearances for Arsenal this term and scored the crucial goal for the Eagles in their 1-0 win against Zambia in October which clinched the 2018 FIFA World Cup ticket.

so they are now considering AFCON? Wonder why none of the Cameroonian boys made it then.

It is just a factor. Not the only factor.

Moses not playing in this year' s AFCON is a major negative for him.

You cannot be an African footballer of the year when you didn't take part in the AFCON while the other strong tenders did.
