Bro just download the update from Playstation official site and update with the USB..it is faster..

Noooo...always pause your updates every now and then even when nepa takes light it will not restart it will just continue from where you paused .

Pay close attention to to the amount of gb that you are downloading when Nepa took the light and after you restart it wont be the same let say you are downloading 40gb and you reach 50% and you have to restart the download due to power outage when you start the download again you will have 20gb left to download

Updates and downloads starts wherever you stopped previously whether phcn strikes or you paused it. It never starts from the beginning. It has nothing to do with ps plus..
