Hi,
I'm in Germany but I can't relate with their experiences since most people here are in the working class. Besides, I live in a small city (Bielefeld - the town that does not exist).

I've actually been there before but that was 5 years ago grin. It's is NRW. I live in Rheinland Pfalz. It's not too far away.

Almost every black person lives in NRW lmao. That's the state with the highest percentage of black people.

And I also don't know anything about bills. I don't pay them grin. Still an Abiturentin grin

It's actually cheaper to live in small cities. Only disadvantage is that not all supermarkets are here and it's still kinda developing. Kaufland just opened recently in my city.

Afroshop is nonexistent lipsrsealed

We don't even have Kaufland or rossman grin grin. We have to go to the next town, which is just 10 mins away with the train though. But they also come to us because they don't have dm grin.

The next city is 1 hour away with the train and they have almost everything, except forever 21, which I think is only in Berlin anyway.

We have Rossmann and dm here.

We don't have children's hospital, so we always drive to the next city. The city doesn't have Rathaus, so they have to come to ours. Even Google maps is nonexistent in the villages surrounding my city lipsrsealed

shocked shocked

We have a children's hospital and a Rathhaus lol. And I thought my city town was am Arsch der Welt grin

But like you said, it's cheaper and way calmer. Sometime we forget to close the main door, nothing happens (actually most times grin)

One of the disadvantages is that police have more time and are not stressed. God knows how many times they've stopped me on my BICYCLE. I had to pay money the last time because I was riding without light grin

It wasn't even that dark grin They already know my name cry

Funny enough, blacks (ladies) are not friendly, immediately you say a simple "hi", I guess the next thing on their mind is "he is an immigrant in need of a residence card".

Regarding the bills, I've been receiving mails to pay for TV and Radio which cost about 18€f but I don't own any of these appliances, is it normal?

You can't blame them. Blame the guys who caused it grin but I understand where you're coming from. Sorry grin

If you don't own them then I don't think you have to pay. Probably a scam. Sometimes we get those letters to but just ignore. You can also call the "Anbieter" to confirm

You are right, they are always patrolling up and down. Though they've never stopped me

I can't even ride bicycle for nothing embarassed. I'm probably the only one who can't ride bicycle. I literally trek to anywhere I need to go

Oops I really need to learn how to, I've tried many times but I just end up falling lipsrsealed grin

My bicycle is probably for decoration in our parking lot

Please pay am o. Before it was only for those who have appliances but now everyone has to pay whether you have appliances or nothing. But like lovelgurll said, call them to confirm. We don't even listen to radio but we still pay the tax.

Germany probably has the most rediculous tax ever.

Still they hiss or frown when you're seen with whites. Anyways, na their problem.

By the way, I tried to inquire from them but my German is poor. The letter is from: "ARD ZDF Deutschlandradio Beitragsservice 50656 Köln ". A SEPA form is included in the letter and they expect me to fill in my account details (if only they knew Yoruba blood flows in my vein hence I'm over calculative), according to them my debt is now 87.50€

I'm a bit scared and sceptical of the mail because I would be leaving in few weeks and I don't want anything to stain my 100% record. I would be grateful if you could help me inquire from knowledgeable folks or organization. Thanks.

Maybe you should visit their website

Or call them. The number is also on their website, just to be sure. You can also send an email but I think calling will be better, they shoukd also be able to speak English

Oga let's wait for the breakdown, then we know snow falls on some sides, while it's sunny on the other side.....

I expect the breakdown to reflect single & married couples + kid(s) .....

I have requested, no one is willing to offer a robust breakdown........

Your earning power determines your propensity to save, minus current and recurrent expenses.......

Based on the £2100 payment pcm example, oblige us with a savings breakdown.........
