While i was in school then, my BF said i normally sleep talk, and he would wake up at night and admire the way i curl my hair and talk jargons while i was asleep.
When one is in love, simple things like that do not bother you, instead you find a way around it if it's too disturbing... Remember she's your wife and not an "Olosho". I have pricked my Ex with my sharp nails before when he was deep asleep and started snoring like a pig and when he woke up we laughed about it and had a great midnight sexxx!!!!!

Your ex is indeed a cool guy. Some of us don't have so much tolerance, I can't stand anyone that chews noisily while eating. I can't really stand snoring too but if I sleep before the person starts, we're cool because I'm dead to everything around me once I sleep.

Hello, I can imagine the sleep debt this condition of hers must have accrued for you. Next time she shares the bed with you, let her sleep on her side. This would minimize every chance of her snoring.

Another tip to consider is to ensure that she starts working out to drop some weight. Typically, she has amassed some fats during the period of pregnancy that are residing at her airways. This causes obstruction of passage of air which in turn causes the snoring. She needs to shed some pounds in other to let her airways free of these fats.

You already gave the answer to ur problem. You said after giving birth. So, u should know that having babies comes with extra that may lead to much. Hence, the reason for deep sleep that leads sometimes to snoring.

That is the best answer yet. She has sleep apnea and instead of him to go to a hospital he is asking for advice from random unknown people. I'm pretty sure he is waiting for the answer he want's to hear. Which is, it is his witch step mother that causes it.

When one is in love it doesn't alter your perception towards certain habits. That your ex coped with most of if not all of your flaws doesn't mean another guy would do same. we all have our unique stance towards every occurrence.

Snoring is not a healthy thing to live with and I believe he is here to find a solution for his wife.

If yes let her try sleeping sideways or face down.
Almost everyone will snore when they sleep with their faces up.
But if snoring continues then Google a solution.

I will give a simply good advice, apparently i snore too but there music about water and the ocean here is one, I sleep with this mostly because my house is too quiet and that triggers bad thoughts try it out

Like earlier advised, let her see a doctor, specifically an Ear Nose and Throat specialist.

Inclusively, since you have been married 5 years it ight be safe to assume she may have put in some weight from child bearing? If this is the case, dropping some weight especially around the abdomen maybe all she needs. Increased abdominal girth is a common cause of snoring

That is very harsh of u to say he doesn't Love his wife. From your post alone I can deduce you are currently not with your ex. Schools days was fun but not marriage. You had the time to cuddle and laugh at things no stress at all. We all went through that stage.
Marriage is a total game changer different from a relationship in school.
@Poster I feel your pain don't stress. This is a forum to share experiences and learn from it. Don't mind comments.. First those suggesting seeing a doctor in this Nigeria. If you have a sleeping disorder specialist no problem. If not face this squarely like men have been facing it for generations . Our better half's (wife's) undergo a lot changes during child birth. One of the changes is this snoring in most cases. So it is not new I am going through it my father went through it so also his father. You are beginning to have sleep deprivation which can affect your health and thinking overall.

Solution you learn to leave around it.

1. Try and sleep earlier than your wife. A few hours of wink before she comes to bed can make a difference.

2. Try different sleeping positions by gently nudging her to change positions.

3. Exercing regularly to shed weight. Good luck at this!!

4. Sleeping in different rooms. It may seem drastic but older couples do this to keep peace in the marriage. Go to bed with an issue on your mind then your wife starts snoring in your hear. My brother the kind of battle that will be unleashed no part 2.

Overall, things change adjust. When you do wake earlier than normal use the time wisely exercise or read or work.
NB. the 4th solution if you decide to migrate to another room to sleep be prepared your wife can all of a sudden show up with a pillow. My guy where you dey run go. Na till death do us part o o!!!. �

It's no big deal. Just make sure she doesn't sleep facing upward. Make her sleep sideways and adjust her head on the pillow and it will be fine. I am glad you love your wife. That's a good thing all the best bro.

u know, I had a friend back den in d uni days......when Eva we go for tdb reading.....he always sleeps nt without snoring. sometimes he snores to a point that vibrates the table, thus vibrating our books

Continious snoring is a medical condition, you should read it up.has nothing to do with eating late or any of that, well snoring at interval might be due to tiredness but constant snoring is a medical condition.Its a vibration inside your air ways.

I snore as well and it's really stressing my husband out. He only just accidentally said it after I kept pressing to know why he no longer shares the bed with me.
Motherhood no be small thing o as I have to breastfeed my 1 month plus baby all day and at nights .
I have started reading remedies that I Googled and I pray this problem ends soon so my husband doesn't fall sick himself due poor night sleep.

She's your wife and you love her, it can negatively affect your marriage so you have to tell her, it can be due to her sleeping posture or a host of other factors you will have to see your physician for help.

I think she has added a little bit of weight after delivering of her baby. May be a contributing factor .Secondly , advice her to sleep laterally either on left side or right side. If her sleep wake U up tap her a little bit to sleep well.Dont insult her .Let her take her dinner before 7pm .Good luck and may God be with your relationship. It is not a big issue.
