Technically speaking, Churchill is digging a pit for Tonto.
Notice how they intentionally misspelt Linda Ikeji. They spelt it "Linda Ikeja".
Linda Ikeji can go ahead and air the show with King in it, and claim they were not named in the ruling.
But Tonto was named in full, no misspelling.
So that she can be goaded by the media outfit into hanging herself...
Smart move.

Little things matter a lot in the law court.

The child is obviously living with Tonto, she makes sure he has a roof over his head, food to eat, makes sure he's going to school. She is obviously supporting her child.
Churchill also has records of regular financial supports he sends into Tonto's account.
He's doing what a decent father should do.
I hope she allows him have access to his child, otherwise they should meet in court for custody. A child needs more than money, unless the parent will cause harm to such a child.

Anyway, a decent parent should also protect their child from unwarranted exposure, which Churchill seems to want to do.

I don't know if you are a Lawyer because substituted service has nothing to do with incorrect address. You can't serve SAMUEL with a process meant for EMMANUEL.

You seem not to have read my submission carefully. As a Lawyer, we are trained to pay attention to details.

If your name is Ikeji and a court process bearing IkejA is served on you, will you receive such?

Linda Ikeji is under no obligation to honour a court process served on Linda IkejA.
