Tuition for my brothers in Canada (About 50k Canadian dollars) has been paid, since they resumed september, they are just sending the school receipt with school stamp.
They also got receipt from their first year (52k Canadian dollars) just to prove that we do pay fees

After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
This was the mail I got after 13 weeks. Any advise from on the house how I can tackle the reasons stated here? Thanks in anticipation
The documents submitted are:
Sponsor's SOA showing about 10M cash inflow
1st installment payment of tuition
10k CAD living expenses (bank draft)
A future letter of employment and deferment
And other cic documents
I put in for a year technical certificate course. Any help please as regards how to go about the next application. Thanks all

JoseJonn,
I don't advise you include a bank statement with a low balance of 200K. The Visa officer might be thinking thats your primary proof of fund. Which can still lead to Automatic denial(I'M NOT SATISFIED FUTURE FUNDING EXIST) since there are no steady inflow and outflow of cash.
So please do away with it.

Frank thank you so much. I won't use it.

Hello Sir/Ma.
Let me add to what WEIRDPC have said earlier. Yes we all know that using a business/company bank statement as main proof of funds to applicant is totally not acceptable by the Visa officer. But in your case now since you intend paying full tuition and having funds in your dorm account, it will go a long way to address insufficient funds, try as much as possible to ask your mom to get a reference letter from the bank stating clearly that she is the sole signatory to her business account and no one else. Your mom should also write a convincing sponsorship letter that there will be availability of funds to you for the subsequent years (FUTURE FUNDING EXIST). If you do this, you will be fine.

All the best

Please how can she possibly convince the VO that there will be available funds to me for the subsequent years?

your mum is sponsoring you, yeah? This is the thing, if she can get the money from somewhere else and pay for your tuition deposit, after which she prints her account statement. The v.o would just feel like your mum has multiple accounts, but didn't pay your tuition from that particular acct, which is actually an advantage to you.
P.S: I stand to be corrected, if I'm wrong

Hello,
I only gave an example (E.G) in my last post. He is in a better position to give you the full breakdown of his expenses. You should endeavor to get more information from him and ask him how much he’ll require. After all the financial support, you should be left with a reasonable bank balance.

PS:When you mean fully sponsoring you should be reminded that the funds are not for showing sake but they will actually be used.

Hello adexyz91,
On behalf of the forum we say we are deeply sorry about the outcome of your application.

Sir/Ma,
Your GCMS note is clearly pointing at your home ties, the job offer you presented. The visa officer is not satisfied that such job offer will compell your return back home, your family too they are not satisfied your family can compel your return back home, you have not convinced the visa officer the benefits of studying such program in Canada rather than Nigeria, there are limited proof of property and assets which can compel your return back home.

Below listed are what you can do to tackle the concerns of the visa officer :

1-) Start by drafting a wonderful SOP/LOE clearly stating why such course deserves to be taken in Canada rather than Nigeria.
2-) The benefits of such course after completion of studies in Canada.... Go as far as convincing the visa officer that the chances of securing a job in Nigeria is very high after studies in Canada.
3-) Let them know you're a genuine student and you're applying in good faith(strictly for studies and nothing else) and you will be coming back after your studies in Canada.
4-) Please the job offer you included do away with it in your next application( As the Visa officer said that the employment evidence does not constitute a tie to your home country)
5-) Let them know you're not using study permit as means to facilitate entry into Canada, by letting them know that there are better living/job opportunities here in Nigeria after your studies in canada(proof them wrong that Nigeria is not a troubled Nation).... You and I know say na troubled nation sha grin
6-) In your next application try as much as possible to include assests/properties in your name okay, it will go a long way in addressing personal assests raised by the Visa officer.
7-) Add each and every members of your family birth certificates (All your siblings) in next your application.
8-) Lastly, change your course to a 2 years and above program, that is reasonable to your previous studies/job role.

If you do the above 8 mentioned. Your next application will be a success.

All the best!

You're just complicating issues for yourself. What has your brothers tuition receipts got to do with your application?
Previously you made mention of adding their acceptance letters to your application and I cautioned you about it and now tuition receipts.
Go on okay. Continue giving the Visa officer reasons to refuse your visa.
Later you come here and say your village people are the ones cheasing you.
Also show them your brothers flight tickets to convince them that they travelled to Canada by air and not by foot.

JoseJonn,
Your mom can convince the visa officer that future funding exist by adding proof of source of income, registered business documents, buildings rented to tenants, Assets and property documents in her name. Once the Visa officer sees these documents with a steady inflow and outflow of funds in her account. Then she have crossed all doubts.

Jose listen to sound of your own voice, stop complicating your case by subjecting it to too many cooks spoiling the broth. You paid one year tuition and deposited 10k into your dorm account in exportable forms. You are doing good. Present what bank statements you have even one of 200k. I have seen someone present a bank statement of 250k of his own, in addition to that of his main sponsor and it was not misinterpreted as his primary source of support. He is in Canada. You have done well so far and it's high time you submit your application and linger no more. We have only a little over six months to resume and your visa application needs to be timely submitted given the elongated processing time we all know for fall applicants. Good luck dear!
