I think the answer should be be NO2. because ordinary NO will firstly have to react with air in order to form a brown gas. so NO2 is acid anhydrid which can dissolve in water to form HNO3 and further react with certain metal or componds to form it salt and by the use of acidify iron(ii)tetraoxosulphate(vi)salt by slanting the tube a brow ring is form.

Discipline yourself to solve all the hard questions, read books, go for tutorials. Though the acceptable carrying capacity of Nigerian universities has not improved and wont do so soonest.

So we can say p=IV(supplied)/IV(dissipated)
°I is common so we got 240/220=12:11

The best is to start from the basics
Get a class VI Futhermath textbook, sacrifice a day to study it, then u'll notice it is as simple as even normal arithmetic. Read painstakingly.
U won't get enough required basic here unless you do it yourself.
