You see, we are getting there gradually. Though we wobble and fumble. We will get to the promised land. This is how constitution are amended. It is not by abusing and calling Buhari name. We must learn patience and correct understanding of issues... 8 Likes 1 Share |

Wow the hashtaggers got the law passed. The process was long but it's done now. Let's see how the youth do since now that they have their chance to shine. I don't see how buhari can veto the bill. The bill was passed with 2/3 majority in NASS. Then 75% of the state assemblies passed bill with 2/3 majority. His assent is unnecessary in my opinion. It's pointless for him to veto considering how much popular support it has. Front Page: lalasticlala 12 Likes |

Good development. There are bright and competent youths who can perform very well in leadership and other positions of responsibilities. Our elders should not commit the fallacy of thinking that, we are all like Yahaya Bello and Solomon Lalong. The duo are nothing but complete bunch of shameless cretins. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Good. With this I believe that it becoming effective is a fait accompli though in Nigeria many things are possible. |

All that's needed is Presidential assent. Thing is, will PMB agree to give his assent? If the president refuses, the house can make it a law if two thirds of the house agree to it. Now that it will be passed, is the Nigerian young person capable of running for office? We all know how expensive our elections are, who will sponsor these elections? The below picture shows that Taraba state is a shithole state. 4 Likes 1 Share

Although this sounds good, how are we sure it will translate into the 'young' taking the helms of leadership? We are still fighting each other in support of one of these ancient and modern leaders or another. |
