We also need to watch what Trump does to Iran (next month) regarding sanctions on iranian oil sector. If it passes through, then oil price will rise and people may scramble for shares.

I'm thinking Trump is presenting the increase in tariff(on EU and Asia) at the front burner for as a bargaining tool to be used when he starts to discuss the sanction on iranian oil sector. Since he is a deal maker, he will want to tell them that he is leaving tarrifs unchanged for EU(preventing a trade war) just to get the EU to approve the sanctions on Iranian oil sector.
