Long delayed by same crooks who jerked up the budget by over 500 billion Naira. Obviously the padded billions are meant to go to the legislators pockets. Pockets already building with the criminal payments of 13 million Naira monthly and 200million annual bonus. You people want the country destroyed. Buhari direct every minister to defend their ministry budget, and some ministers also voice out that the senators are persecuting them because they refused to bribe them. The issue isn't whether there's enough money to cater for the increment, of course it will be an insult to our collective intelligence to say Nigeria cannot afford 500 billion more when the oil price unexpectedly jump above our forecast. The contention of the issue however is if the addition us justified.
