Gradually its tilting to kick & follow. It used to be English pattern of football those days. No skill, no dribbling, just trap & pass to the next man. Only heaven knows, before then I must have switched my hobby to rugby.

Thx to whomever posted that 94 video. Painful to watch but that WC campaign put us on the footballing map. At that time, teams feared and revered us and we were regarded with high standards. I don't think I can say the same nowadays.

That's it cos i don't want another Nwakaeme who was given the opportunity to the extent Iheanacho was pushed to the wing and likely Iheanacho would start on the wing today to accommodate Simy.

Up to Simy to measure up and make 23 man list.
Na so Nwakaeme take burst him chances. His case is rested. Simy over to you.

and so many more you cant remember?

but you remember 2012 6 years ago, bro you no get point.sometimes i feel you guys are bored and just wanna start up an argument.no player is perfect and no player can give you a 100% always

even the captain Mikel has his own flaws, mikel remain our major trait going forward
You are the one that has no point. Accusations cannot just be in the air. Counter his points with facts. He has mentioned games where Vicmo wasn't selfish. Why don't you mention the specific games he was selfish.

No player is perfect, yes but does that mean we can say things that are not factual?

It was a fair match. Zola reacted badly to Eguavoan's challenge but i dont think he deserved a red for that. Maldini's arm pulling was a bit similar to Sergio Ramos's. Yekini would have sustained wrist fracture when he landed. Nigeria had a chance to wrapup the game but failed. At one man down, they should have taken advantage but they didn't. Oliseh poor challenge gifted Baggio the chance to receive the score to level up. The penalty in my opinion was right. Eguavon's clumsy challenge merited a penalty. Yekini had the opportunity to equalise off Emenalo's beautiful cross but he fluffed it. Sometime i wonder why people should be blaming and holding deep grudges against Ayegbenu, Yekini's miss was worse in my opinion.

baba how can yekini missed chance be worst than yakubu own, the ball did not land well for yekini and fo your analysis on maldini foul on yekini...he was the last man and that was a genuine goal scoring chance.

No be dem Gaurdiola and tiki taka? In addition I think this is happening because of the white man's lust for efficiency and you know they are the supervening cultural influence over football. All the major leagues are concentrated in Europe. Perhaps if the south Americans and Africans had strong or greater influence over football the picture would have been different.

The Europeans have simply influenced the game to be played in their own way.. Oyibo dey dribble? No be pass, pass?

I hate that Spanish football. Gosssssshh. Watching Spain, a strange feeling of emptiness descends upon me.

I will rather drop both and pick Eze for the Final List. Are you comfortable with our Defence?! Aside from Ekong and Balogun, who else is capable among our Defenders - sentiment apart?!

In a 3-man Defence, Awaziem and Omeruo can be trusted, but in a 2-Man Defence....... taah!

Stephen has the Height and Stamina to succeed as a Defender. He's only needed to be panel-fitted a bit to bring out the best in him.

They?! Did you forget we qualified for the World Cup with Ezenwa between the Sticks?!

Based on Merit or Sentiment?! Eze has the Body-frame to excel as a Defender vis-a-vis Omeruo and Awaziem?! Secondly can you prove it that both Omeruo and Awaziem can be trusted in a 2-Man Defence?!

Did you not hear the same commentator say that the red card on Zola was a bit harsh? Maybe the yellow card was to compensate the Italians for the error he made in the first half. I am tempted to blame the result of the match on hard luck or inexperience but i'd rather blame it on poor concentration and sloppiness on the players especially Oliseh. The diagonal pass which he could have intercepted fed Baggio who scored to level.

Nigeria should have won that match but did not take their chances.

Eze is not on the level of either Awaziem or Omeruo yet. I know because i have seen his games in Bulgaria. There is still some (a lot) rawness there. He can get better though.

Ezenwa been there while we qualify does not change the fact that his not good enough, no surprise with Rohr inviting and keeping fate with another keeper.

but calling for eze inclusion ahead of awaziem and Omeruo is really difficult to understand
