So Buhari's regime truly closed down that company due to the suit of Aliko Dangote to wipe out any competition and become a monopoly in cement sector in Nigeria?

So why are you builders still buying his cement after all these brazen plots? Please respond to my initial question if Ibeto cement is truly no longer in the market.

I have not seen Ibeto cement for some time now, maybe there's a place we still get it.

Using felt to seal a concrete surface in pictures. .......

Cut the sheets to fit the space....., then apply heat to melt the sheets to semi liquid form which will now stick to the concrete surface and dry there, forming a waterproof sealing. .......

I think it will last for a very long time, since the materials used in this work are very durable. They are bitumen based materials.

Great to see conduit wiring to put lights on the fence to illuminate the compound at night. I love to see neat work like that. Hopefully they will be changing the bulb and maintaining light in the compound at night.

For the gutter taking bath and household water away from the building into the gutters in the street. Did you use pipes underground or you will make a little drainage channel later?

We plan to be maintaining this compound when completed. An electrician and a plumber will be carrying out periodic checks to see what needs to be maintained. The plumbing is planned to collect all waste water and drop them at a designated point outside the compound. We intend to lay a 4" plastic pipe ans pass it under the compound floor.

1. To build this house 10 flats from foundation till roofing, plastering, all finishing works are done, doors and windows, tiles, painting, electrical fittings, plumbing, soak away and compound flooring will cost an average of N60m. That is about £121,700 or $165,750 in today's exchange rates of N493 or N362 respectively.

2. This house was built on a space of one plot of land and can park up to 5 cars inside the compound. However, if you get space of up to one and half plots, it will be good.

3. By shifting the building to one side of the land space, we used the remaining side as parking space where cars can enter.

My brother, to build skyscrapers dey hungry us o, and I know a couple of guys who want to build it, but energy supply to power the lifts is the problem now. How I wish Nigeria can conquer the electricity problems they have.

They can result to using only solar to power only the lift.
