It might be true that she's not bleaching because I know Yvonne to be kinda light in complexion but becoming too bright might also be as a result of using the Queen Elizabeth Cocoa Butter for a long time and by the way do u know how much it cost to get one lotion of it. My dark Sister using Jergens cocoa butter skincare is even becoming more lighter this days talkless of Queen Elizabeth Cocoa Butter lotion

I think it depends on the skin type. My sister and I use cocoa butter cream. Her dark skin has become more shiny and smoother while I get lighter and lighter everyday. We don't mix anything into it. I think the cocoa butter cream brings out your real colour.

From the comments here, i can tell that cocoa butter has different effects on different skin types. While it makes some darker, it evens out the skin tone of others.

I have been using cocoa butter too (Palmers) and it's really good on my body. I won't say I have bleached, but my skin looks much clearer and fresher than before. I don't intend to stop.
