hmmm! I'm not alone!!!! I did an interview and i was shortlisted for d position of customer care executive in one of the bank! We were asked to provide two guarantors which i did!!! With other documentations, did an induction with them and medicals over 2months now and i'm yet to be called to resume!!! While they have posted some of us

You might have lesser qualification than the competition you have a tie with. In your thoughts you performed well but the hiring manager doe not think so. There is nothing wrong with you, keep pushing, the job will come.

It does not necessarily have to do with what you are doing wrong. I know people who had similar experiences. I also can relate to the feelings you have. Just ensure you are confident at those interviews. Your time will come to get an offer and Congratulations mail.

You need to sit and do a proper self inventory + root cause analysis, you may have the right skill set but not have the right attitude set which is what the Final interviewer is all about- he or she wants to know if you are a cultural fit.

Ask your very good friends and significant others to give a honest and no-holds-barred assessment of your attitude, appearance, personality and above all composure.

But I will equally advise that you google about interview tips and u might possibly see where you went wrong. The problem could be very little and negligible, but trust interviewers,they can use it against u.. Things like, showing the panel overconfidence, or your dress code, or you are only have knowledge of your field of study but never bothered to know much about the company, or a member may decide to crack a joke during the interview and instead of you to either just smile but instead you follow them laugh like they are your friends. It could be your sitting position, your posture that sends wrong signal. So many little things can cost you an interview.

Check your medicals by yourself since you got to do medical in one of the instance to be sure you don't have health issue. Check your BP, Sugar Level, HIV status and Hepatitis B.
Again pray against any forces of near success syndrome.

At the appointed time, your right job will surely come & never lose hope.

Passing the first stages shows u are very sound in theory and Ur cv is good. Failure in last stage shows u have work to do on answering real life challenges. Let Ur friends or someone more experienced assess u on how to deal with real life situations before going for ur next interview

Why don't you go back to those 3 places where you failed the final interview and inquire from them why you failed. If you are given the same answer in all three places, then you have your job cut out for you.

Your challenge is networking and relationship building AKA connection. I remember speaking to 2 top hr directors in the UK and both of them told me that they got their jobs through recommendations.

it's evident that you are smart, I recommend that you attend Job fairs or even volunteer to work for free (short term) that way you will meet people that can recommend you when they see an opening.

The job market in Nigeria is very saturated every slightly advantage needs to be capitalised on.
