Hi guys.. So I'm about to submit my irish visa application documents at the vfs office. I have been denied Canada study visa twice. Last year and this year. The agent I'm using now said I should only include the recent visa refusal letter and not both of them as it will make my application look bad. I am very skeptical. Is there anyone who has gone through two visa refusals and just put one letter and still got his/her application refused. I don't want to be denied because of something that clumsy.
oga include all your visa refusal

I'm a girl. To be honest I didn't even buy study materials. I just told myself no be English I dey speak everyday? I was still afraid sha especially with the writing section.
I booked the test and just showed up. I had 82 overalll which is quite high And high scores in the individual section though while writing it, i thought I made many mistakes especially in the speaking section because of tension.
Infact I assumed I would fail till I saw my result 24 hours after writing. My score shocked me sef. If it's PTE, just try to work within the time. Double check your spellings.
My PTE score showed that I couldn't spell which was stupid because I can spell obviously, and spell checking was the one thing i made sure I did last before moving to the next item. Someone said maybe i was mixing American and British spelling for them that's why. So don't give them room to say you made a mistake. Use American or British spelling all through. Don't mix. The keyboard has no autocorrect and it won't show you didn't spell something correctly. Use punctuation marks too. Little things like commas at the right places count. Make sure your mic is placed correctly. I googled to see images of how a mic could be properly positioned near my mouth. One area I struggled with was describing images. I suck at that so practice describing images and information reflected in graphs, pie chart etc. The time runs fast, be conscious of that. Goodluck.

Thanks a billion fold. Your write-up was quite informative. Sorry I didn't know you were a lady, but seriously you sound too intelligent for a lady. Sorry if I am stereotyping though. Honestly I have learnt certain things from this write-up and will look into the insightful observations you made. Thanks once more and God bless you tremendously. Hoping to give my positive testimony once it's concluded. Thanks sister.

I was waiting for a reply since. I have already submitted just the recent one. I hope to God that my case will be favorable. If not I will know that it's not meant to be.

If u had followed past thread on this forum you would have seen cases of those that have more than one refusal and submitted it all and they were granted. Also it's on their website to submit all cases of visa refusal including on the questionnaire you included in your submission. You should have just submitted it all and hope for your case to be favourable. But God willing it will be favourable either way.

The closer it gets to 8 weeks the more tense the wait gets. It’s honestly not easy. I applied on June 6th at Lagos vfs. Hopefully next week we will see the UPS man at our houses.

Thanks bro. I am paying for the PTE tomorrow at UKEAS. Thanks once more and God bless.

It's about ₦52k at UKEAS but ₦46k if you pay online. You still have to do the registration online after paying at UKEAS and then enter the Voucher number for payment. I think you can save ₦6k by paying online.

Please refer to this page on Thebes Irish website. It details the institutions and qualifications that qualify for the post study work permit.

Thank you. But please, are these the only recognized Irish awarding institutions or just to mention a few ??

This is what I found.

Must present evidence of the final award being attained by way of a parchment or, in circumstances where the graduation ceremony is yet to take place, an official letter for the awarding body / institution confirming that the award has been achieved.
An award granted by a recognised Irish awarding body i.e.
The seven Irish universities; i.e. Trinity College, UCD, DCU, Maynooth University, UCC, NUIG and the University of Limerick
Dublin Institute of Technology
Royal College of Surgeons Ireland
Institutes of Technology
Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI)

It depends on your undergraduate studies and grades - for instance, I don't think you will get Data analytics masters with BA History.

I believe IELTS/ PTE Academic scores has to do mainly with visa processing as it seems to be a requirement for study visa unless the school is concerned about your level of English comprehension with respect to your communication with them.
