Please read carefully, it doesn't say they are transferring out of the state. It says they are transferring out of the unit. They want to demobilize out of SARS unit and be transferred into another non violent unit. (Maybe to traffic police or community policing unit)

From the above write up, the reason they ordered them to stop wearing it is because it doesn't have any form of personal identification. That's why they believe they can do anything and go free

Seek transfer you get sacked, if not, they will go to other to create terror there. IGP says they have right to seek transfer. IGP should transfer them to interior villages where they will use jazz to incapacitate them. After all, they did that to innocent Nigerians.
