In the books, he's not exactly an extrovert, but he is very brilliant, just like his Dad. Kransiski nailed the character, but there is room for improvement. Hopefully, season 2 will fix that.

Blacklist is very good... It's crime / drama / thriller... Orphan Black is very good too.. Its Thriller / Mystery.... Sense8 is very good too... Its Sci-Fi / Thriller... The Good Wife is very good too... Its a political drama, forget the name, it's all about the nuances of American politics.. I haven't seen the Good Wife though but it has one of the highest top-rank reviews on IMBD..So I plan to buy all the seasons and binge watch. I have seen all the others... Very good...

I think it did. Jack Ryan from the novels was certainly not a handsome fella. His best asset was his brilliant analytical mind.

An average CIA analyst should stereotypically come with a face that is both studious and nerdy looking, and Kransiski has a nerdy gaunt face. It's a match made somewhere between Tom Clancy novels and Amazon Prime Studios. I think it's a brilliant casting.

Being unable to know what's coming next is what makes it even more interesting, the suspense about what's coming next is overwhelming..

And journey walking away is more of a real life thingy where the bad man always wins 95 in 100 times.

I was involved in an accident like that on the 1st of March this year on the way to Cotonou, our car somersaulted over 5 times, but we both got out without even a single scratch, and I wasn't even using a seatbelt, so there's no point about the accident, And about the issue of the dead man's switch, the CIA definitely knew about that, that was why it was controlled, because the reputation of the nation is far greater than that of just one person..

The only difference is condor is more of a slow burner.....
In terms of predictability.... Jack ryan was more predictable
So many unpredictable deaths and scenes in condor... Like joubert saving the day... When there seems to be no option
Or the death of gabriels crew.... In fact most deaths in the series ain't predictable.... Joubert shooting at a fast moving car... Killing joe's accomplice in the process

There is no point comparing both, they different, and both are great series... Jack Ryan is more terrorism related.... That's exciting alone
