Yeah! Typical of 1man businesses o! I will keep saying it there is a special place in hell for abusive bosses. Imagine what he said even after finding out u do use ur own money. I learnt to stop trying to do too much in any private firm no matter how well you mean or carry company vision it's still sorry. Beware of companies where people come and go there is a reason known as "the boss" beware of companies that always seem to have openings on job boards! A bad boss is toxic, u wake up feeling like ur going to a prison yard. 9 Likes 1 Share |

I happened to me too. I spent 2011 through 2013 with a boss that was never appreciative of the staff. Whenever he comes on with girls it's a talk down show for all staff. All we were doing was hire and fire. In spite of all the verbal abuse l stuck with him to the point that his biological brother started congratulating my patient. But it came to a head a certain month after paying other staff their salaries he said l should not pay myself without a reason. I knew it was time to leave and l did after handing everything to my assistant including company's cash at my disposal. That was when it dawn on him that he just lost an asset. Even in my absence clients and himself still call for me to do certain things which l gladly did. I went there a year later and everything was upside down, not long after that the company folded. Employers of labour pls appreciate the little sacrifices your staff make. That decision to leave changed my life and today am an employer of labour and that experienced had helped me a lot. 13 Likes |

dairykidd:bro u need to chill on what you wrote about Ebira people.. I am born and bred in lagos, grew up with yoruba's, schooled in the north, visited the east.. Virtually encountered all tribes in Nigeria, have had both good and bad experience.. We still don't come on here to paint a particular tribe bad... Sorry for your bad experience but not all Ebira are bad and not everyone from your tribe is good. THANK YOU (broda shagi's voice) 4 Likes |

teacherbim: Your husband doesn’t need help. He obviously doesn’t want to be paid, and he probably doesn’t know his worth. Else, why will you work for upto 5months without your salary? Does he transport to work on credit? Do you people buy things on credit? This kind of behavior is the reason they will keep owing him and others, because they know that he will keep hoping he gets paid, so he will keep working. 2 Likes |

bro,its not just you, its typical of most Nigerian bosses and that's why u can hardly find an indigenous company that has lasted 25 years. all we do is complain about people in power as if they aren't one of us, in fact most Nigerians are worse than the few who rule us. I'm going to resign soon too and when I do, I'm starting my own company cos this my boss doesn't want me to grow 8 Likes 1 Share |

Most of us, entrepreneurs have gone through hell at some point, but had to make a decision. Starting can be discouraging, but encourage him never to give up. I started quick standard 2015, having a pregnant wife, but then, I had to take the decision that enough was enough from one stupid firm. It was a terrible period, cos, unlike you, my wife was not working in anyway. But today God is blessing us, and we are progressing. God will bless your home. 4 Likes |
