You ipob cry over everything. Is Reno now Yoruba? The difference is, others are saying Yoruba are Jews while you are forcing yourselves to be Jews. With the tomb of queen Sheba in Ijebu, there must be a reason for that. But the word 'Yoruba' is from "Oyo oba" not y-ariba. biafranation: 1 Like 1 Share |

immhotep: @immhotep, I stated very clearly that my claims (just like Reno's claims) are mere assumptions and theories and not facts. They only hold out to substantial evidences from naked history which is accessible to all who care to know the truth. Yorubas don't make noise about it because no one can say it is a fact yet. In fact, many believe that the queen of Sheba came to Nigeria, died in Ijebu ode and was buried there but because there is not substantial fact to prove this, no one is holding on to that as a fact. http://www.informationng.com/2015/06/confirmed-biblical-queen-sheba-died-and-buried-in-nigeria-photos.html .My friend, Yorubas are not into self deceit. They are indeed omoluabi and deep thinkers. The ibos on the other side are yet to come up with a substantial evidence on their self acclaimed connection with Israel. One fact however in this whole argument is that ibos have no genetic connection to Israel. DNA test proved this last year during Kanu's saga. maybe you should read this news to get the shock you did not expect if you have not read it before or have but still refusing to wake up https://forward.com/fast-forward/379533/igbo-men-have-no-known-jewish-dna-controversial-test-shows/ Jonathan Bernis, an Israeli and a Rabbi, in company of three of his compatriots said none of the 124 specimens taken from Nigeria matched the samples in the Houston laboratory which is as old as 17 years in DNA business. Jonathan Bernice said and i quote “Our purpose for providing this DNA testing… was to assist them in their pursuit of truth concerning their historical lineage and identity,” Jonathan Bernis, head of Jewish Voice Ministries International, wrote in an email to the Forward. The DNA test results “did not support their claim to be descendants of the ancient people of Israel… [but] we consider them our brothers through our common faith in the Messiah Yeshua.” I was in Israel once and I know what a typical Israeli look like, my doubt over all these claims is that 'how much have we (Ibos or Yorubas) evolved over a long time to have diluted our gene pool so much that we have lost total DNA relationship with our alleged Israeli root?' History and cultural evidences are not enough. DNA test will lay all doubts to rest. Lastly, God will not punish you for not being an Israeli or bless you for being one. My pilgrimage made me understand that a lot of aged Israelites are in wheel chairs. Being an Israeli is not a sure bet to blessing from God. Your identity in Christ is 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Biglittlelois: I may not agree with Reno, but I will never attack him this way. He has brought logical reasoning to the table (through research), if you don't agree with his reasoning, all you need to do is to counter him with a higher logical reasoning, not this illogical brutal attack. To make matter worse you didn't even conclude the reading. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Lol, so omo-oluabi are the descendants of Cain ? While Igbo's are descendants of Seth (Jacob), then Fulani's are also descendants of Seth (Esau) Makes more sense why there's soo much beef between us. I believe this 100% if you're an end time message believer you will too. Anyway, Christianity has wiped away all divisions because the bloodlines are tooo mixedup. You can't just say these people are good or bad anymore. Imagine Seth and Cain's blood 2 Likes |

From what I learnt from the piece of Reno, all the descendants of Abraham (Ishmael, Isaac and more seven sons born to him by other women after the death of Sarah) are known as Hebrews. While the descendants of Isaac are the Jews. Therefore, the sons of Ishmael ( mostly Moslems) are Hebrews. This is eye opener. Kudos to Reno 1 Like |

YouthsPC0: hmmmm. . . but the reason why felashas(ethiopian jews) exist in Ethiopia is because the Queen of Sheba was the Queen of Ethiopia. If she hadn't had a son named minilik who is a Jew too, and if he hadn't reproduced. . . there would be no falashas in Ethiopia today. And again if Minilik; son of King solomon wasn't an Ethiopia. . .he wouldn't bring the Arc of covenant in Ethiopia and we wouldn't have had it in the Axum Tsion church of Ethiopia 1 Like 1 Share |

Very nice write up. I saw one lady attack him on the first page. It was quite sad. Even if you dont agree with what he has said acknowledge the level of research and imagination he has put in to this. Cant you see that African history is prejudiced because we have others telling our story. On a personal note I detest all these igbo vs yoruba war here. What is wrong with us? We are still blaming the British. Its time for the black race to recreate her own story. I encourage all these ethnic bigots to read Lee Kuan Yew's book from Third World to first world. The man said he was not optimistic about Nigeria because we have continued in the British divide and rule mind set. Lets unite guys. Forget the Pdp-apc, Igbo vs Yoruba dichotomy or the Christian-Muslim thing. We would all benefit if we have a good country. 1 Like 1 Share |
