Most institutions outside the shore of Africa are self sustaining and lecturers are paid for the reward of their research and solution solving society needs.
The ones in Nigeria are far below these reasoning capacity. Depends on the government and possibly handouts which are not self sustaining and inhibit growth .These are the bane of our present school system.
If the government attends to all the needs of ASUU, it will not solve the rot in th3 educational system.
