southwest is a big disappointment. I agree for the votes they gave gej/PDP then because of the Lagos/Ibadan expressway he started then but why play ignorant to Buhari achievement in west

ever since democracy came to Nigeria, Buhari is the only president to have perform well in west in terms of development. I'm highly disappointed in west

what does Atiku/OBJ did for west during their wasted Years? Lagos/Ibadan expressway was grounded, ikorodu/sagamu road was in a sorry case, they withheld Lagos state allocation and some people still found it comfortable to vote for Atiku

if not for North love and commitment and acknowledging Buhari achievement this thief would have been winning him with a landslide

I'm very disappointed in west
like someone replied earlier! Those stupid governors are responsible for the situation. The failures of ajimobi surpass all. he didn't even mobilise voters for Buhari, he was bent on installing penkelemesi and pursuing his alreasy failed senatorial ambition. He will be remembered as the man that buried APC in Oyo State.

And PDP will do better in Kano than 2015. That is what matters.

As for Katsina, no comments

You don't blame them, yoruba is a big player for major political parties in Nigeria. The most active opposition, PDP and active members are based in south west. Consider active members like: OBJ, FFK, Fayose, Bode George, Davido etc. Their impacts must be felt in South West couple with the fact that they are accomodative and libral, they are not too tribalistic about 'our son' syndrome. However, there is no fear as buhari is expected to win in 5 of 6 states so far at above average level. The only fear is that of Ondo state which maybe a serious insult to Akeredolu, that is not in total control of his state or try to affirm the possibility of APC members in d state were saying that he was working against buhari underground; some may want to finger the influence of his wife being an igbo woman that party members once accused of being in total control of government house affair. This might also be a boost to Tinubu moral since he didn't want him to be the governor then and serve as evidence to mr president while he didn't want him to be there in the first place. Another factor that contributed to low Apc in the west is because of the new emerging parties. Most active among them across the country are from west like Sowore and other big wigs. In summary, is a huge success to the south west if despite strong oppositions, is still able to deliver 5 of 6 states

See what a youth is saying, so u know Yahaya Bello disrupted d elections thereby rigging everything. For your info, u r also one of the few zombies amongst us all who have sold their conscience and every right thinking Nigerian can see thru ur lies....lol except for the Hausa and Staunch muslims, Kogites voting APC is very laughable. Wen no be say we dey mad!
I responded to your comment carefully without insult, but you decide to go this way, I shall indulge you now.

You are nothing but a re.tarded nonentity. A du.mb mo.ron like you thinks you can speak for everyone in a whole region, because of your retar.dedness, you are quick to insult and attack anyone with different opinion to yours.

In my polling unit, there was no any form of disruption or rigging, from our discussions and observations in the queue, majority were for Buhari and Natasha, we voted peacefully and left. But here you are with your dum.b and empty skull saying that EVERYTHING was rigged, you are quick to type trash and make baseless analysis online, I don't blame you, it's people like you that will be afflicted with wailing for eternity.

For your info, I am not a Yaya Bello supporter. let that sink into your rotten empty skull. Fu.cktard!

This is funny.....what was their gains Nothing. Just point one thing they gained from politics. They were the elites we look up to until they entered politics and got themselves soiled.
They get to decide who rule Nigeria
Are in key positions
Those who get educated or partly educated enjoy what a fully educated southerner will struggle to get in government
They're more accepted by outsiders than the rest

Gains abound.

Their roads are the best too.

Imagine a largely educated north with the above benefits, just imagine.

They also have enough reserves yet to be explored.

I doubt SE margin would change much. Check the ward results from Anambra. Obi easily getting 90% of the votes in his home state yet turnout is barely 30% across the announced wards. This is even with the VP candidate coming from there. FWIW i can never figure out why people in the SE never come out to vote. Either general apathy or the registered voter numbers there are inflated.
And as for Lagos, I think it’ll be a narrow APC edge because of their strongholds like Alimosho etc.
Atiku might have a path but I can’t see it with the margins I’m seeing from the North. A lot depends on how large his victories in Delta, Rivers and Akwa Ibom are because it seems APC has effectively neutralised those places and would hit their 25% targets there at the minimum.
Tambuwal would have won this for PDP though and he didn’t have the corruption tag that dogged Atiku.
I understand your point. Though, I still think SW/SE would cancel NW/NE. Ok, lets do a state by state analysis.

Atiku
SE - Anambra +700k, Enugu +500K, Abia +400K, Ebonyi, +300k, Imo +300k. Total 2.2m
SS - Rivers +600k (including rigging), Cross River +400k, Bayelsa +300k, Akwa Ibom +200k, Delta +200k, Edo +100k. Total +1.8m
Total +4m

Buhari
NW Katsina +1m, Kano +800k, Kaduna +400k, Sokoto +200k, Jigawa +200k, Kebbi +200k, Zamfara +200k. Total +3m
NE Bauchi +500k, Borno +500k, Yobe +200k, Gombe +100k, Adamawa -200k, Taraba -100k Total +1m
Total +4m

If any major margin is to go to Buhari from this regions. I don't see more than 500k cumulative which should be canceled by NC and a maybe marginal victory in NW

This could be the tightest elections in Nigeria's history though. smiley
