With the way they post soldiers to different parts of the country same as Inec staffs. I don't think it will be possible for any of then to exercise their civic duty. Please I need clarification

Adhoc staff, INEC staff and security agents om duty sadly do not get to vote.

The traffic officers that direct cars outside the church to park properly....end up not partaking in the sermon being preached
