That is not enough ground to have him suspended or even prosecuted. In the event a person fails to declare some assets either by omission or otherwise, CCB code of conduct demands that a fresh form be issued for those assets to be declared. It is on refusal to do this that the person is prosecuted. As it stands, there was no ground for him to have been suspended.
