The outgoing minister of transportation and the outgoing governor of Oyo State, Rotimi Amaechi and Gov. Ajimobi today inspected the Oyo site of the Lagos-Ibadan Railway line today.

The Executive Governor of Oyo State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, Honorable Minister of Transportation, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi and Executive Secretary/CEO Nigeria Shippers Council, Hassan Bello were in Ibadan for the inspection of Lagos-Ibadan Railway, shortly after the Handover Ceremony of the Ibadan Inland Dry port (IIDP) at Oyo State Governor’s office, Ibadan.

Saying no rail has crossed PH because of a feud between Amaexhi and Wike is undoubtedly the dumbest statement I've read online in a while.

Oga, these railways are capital intensive and its not Amaechi's fault that Nigeria currently cannot boast of the resources to build several of these in different parts of the coutry at the same time.

When OBJ (a man from the SW) started these railways, he only built the one from Warri to Ajaokuta steel. GEJ (a SS man) built Abuja to Kaduna. Now Buhari (a NW man) is building Lagos to Ibadan rail. But here you are, blaming Amaechi (a mere minister under Buhari) for not siting the railway in his village because of fuse abi na feud with Wike.
