WOW..PLS CAN I DO THIS FOR MY 8MONTHS DD?...CATARH AND COUGH IS DEALING WITH HER..ND AFTER COUGHING SHE CRIES.. IT'S JUST PAINFUL.

You can. I learnt this from babygrubz page one IG and it works as it is a great immune booster. It tastes yummy too, i make and store in the fridge. I even add some to his meals randomly, although cough is long gone.

It is important that you should condition your hair from time to time. When conditioning your hair, use a mild and moisturizing conditioner. Applying an appropriate amount of conditioner will keep your hair shiny and smooth.

Conditioning your hair makes it free from knots (that will lay stress on your hair roots) and also prevent hair breakage. It helps to manage frizzy hair while increasing the volume of your hair.

Conditioning needs to be done in the right way. Moisturizing conditioners are formulated to seal in the moisture content in the hair shaft. They are not meant for the scalp. Start conditioning about 2 inches away from your scalp. Too much conditioner on the scalp will only make your scalp excessively oily.

@ Rbae, sis sorry I've been offline, phone is misbehaving. I am not really familiar with those places. The EYFS (ECE) I did was with corona (Lekki) and it wasn't online. Don't know if they have for online. Since you said you love working with kids, you can try Jolly phonics too. It's a good add up especially if you want to be with pre nursery and nursery. It aids reading. There's this group on Facebook, Association of school Directors and Educators (ASDEN), they post training and courses regularly you can join them. Sorry am not much help.

All the formula are good, just go to where they sell and ask for the prices then choose the one you can afford.

Ofada rice has so many health benefits in comparison to the polished white rice, and so many people are unaware of its benefits.

Ofada rice contains higher amounts of vitamins and minerals which is good for the body.

Ofada rice is so nutritious that it can be categorized under wild rice because of its high fiber content; it keeps your digestion smooth and helps lower cholesterol.

Ofada rice is a good source of essential minerals such as phosphorus, zinc and folate, which give you energy and nurture your bones. Vitamins A, C and E are essential for overall health and immunity.

It is a low-calorie and gluten-free food, Ofada rice can help those who are attempting to lose weight and prevent obesity.

I sell quality, stone and dirt free ofada rice
You can get any quantity from us.
I await your PMs

take some pain killers like paracetamol but in my opinion the the doctor should have prescribed suppository diclofenac for you. It would have help with the pain and pls never sit on water after suturing, it weakens the suture
