You can. I learnt this from babygrubz page one IG and it works as it is a great immune booster. It tastes yummy too, i make and store in the fridge. I even add some to his meals randomly, although cough is long gone.

@ Rbae, sis sorry I've been offline, phone is misbehaving. I am not really familiar with those places. The EYFS (ECE) I did was with corona (Lekki) and it wasn't online. Don't know if they have for online. Since you said you love working with kids, you can try Jolly phonics too. It's a good add up especially if you want to be with pre nursery and nursery. It aids reading. There's this group on Facebook, Association of school Directors and Educators (ASDEN), they post training and courses regularly you can join them. Sorry am not much help.

take some pain killers like paracetamol but in my opinion the the doctor should have prescribed suppository diclofenac for you. It would have help with the pain and pls never sit on water after suturing, it weakens the suture
