Very easy.

They should calculate outstanding taxes unpaid by SHELL and add interest to it.

Leave the rest to Fowler.

We know our colonial masters are till with us there is no doubt that continuous colonialization is here, corrupt politicians stashed Nigerian wealth in various aiding nations among which is Britain but instead of repatriation of such stolen funds they tighten their noose around them under the cloak of long legal procedure. The genuine foreign reserve is being hunted after in collaboration with other nation. When would Britain let Nigeria be?

$9 billion dollars!!! Who cursed this country? You better reverse it before thunder fire you. Why do we always have to labour in vain? Now the cursed politicians will be rejoicing because everything is avenue for looting.

The Jonathan administration had actually negotiated the amount to about a $1bn close to the end of that administration but was worried that any payment so late would be considered fraudulent and instead left it to the incoming Buhari administration to effect payment.

This however wasn't paid by the Presidency and has now soured to this.\

I'm sure if a call is made to the company and were offered $1bn and were guaranteed it would be paid ASAP, I'm sure the plaintiffs would accept

How does it affect the price of garri?

Millions go to bed hungry daily while the government keeps signing deals that fails at the end..
$9b just vanished!

StOla:
The same Jonathan government that could not pay Multinational Oil firms the government share of counterpart funding that totaled about $6.8b between 2010 and 2015?

How come that same period of immense oil revenue was the same period the federal government could not pay up its own agreed sum?

The same period government savings of over $20b got reduced to $2b, and foreign reserves crashed from $47b to $29b?

Yet this was the same period that many funds were buried underground and stashed in cabinets in rural villages.

They can't pay do to too much looting.
