so what his saying is that we keep mute & tolerate the evils happening in the society.
as if trying to do it constitutionally didn't back fire on the Igbos.

Okay so maybe Ekweremmadu is not that bad... I don't know.

But still, if we start treating these politicians like this, they'd know we now hold them accountable for their actions and behave accordingly. Other countries shame their politicians when they misappropriate funds too and it's certain at least 70% of Nigerian Public office holders thoroughly misappropriate funds.

Right now, they take and take and never give.

Especially South Eastern/Niger Delta Governors.
Look at how miserable the road network is in PH.. and we have a Governor called Mr. Project? I laugh!
Or is it the issue of security... Serial killers roaming the streets, people getting kidnapped in broad day light and security agencies going after any funky looking male... Yet there's a government there.

Abi na Abia State? That place that barely ever moves forward... The past governors did pratically little or nothing for the state. Smh

And then most public hospitals are a mess, yet a public office holder will have the guts to be going for medical tourism abroad.
Why can't you fix the hospitals in your country?

Abeg they should be shamed and chased home. Especially when they go for those their abroad hospital treatment. All those things you go for abroad, can be replicated here... But No, they'd rather not!

You can't mess up this place and then travel out of the country for anything... Apart from reasons that are viable to our economy.

Let's all be mad. undecided

Fayose wrote on his Twitter handle “Attackers of Ekweremadu,a defender of democracy who symbolizes courage & decency, are miscrants who don’t deserve a place in a civilized society. It is an assault against the Igbos and Nigerians in general. To me, those “Igbo touts” demonstrated that pigs have no value for gold.”

IPOB has proved to the World that they are Terrorist.

While they are a sessesionist group I have to say that it's high time Nigerians in diaspora start treating the politicians who loot our common wealth like the thieves they are

These are criminals !

How can any same Nigerian actually condemn disgracing the thieves of the country's common wealth ?

So Igbos are now pigs? This is very rich coming from Mazi Ayo Fayose, the number one ipob supporter from Ekiti.

While I join others to condemn the cowardly attack on Ekweremadu, I also feel deeply that this is a direct result of pampering insolence and bad behavior. Kanu started Ipob by abusing Buhari and calling the entire Yoruba and Fulani race unprintable names. Instead of elders like Ekweremadu and Nwodo to caution him, they pampered him and started extracting political capital from the nonsense and hate he was spewing. The chickens have finally come home to roost now and they have to live in fear of constant beating and harassment from uncultured ipob members. Such a shame!

This beating of that man is a very good move

Imagine if every political thief who has stolen Nigerians money starts getting embarrassed anywhere they go?

Things will begin to change

It's shameful to see some Nigerians condemning thus

Every Nigerian should praise these lads

These politicians are condemning it because they don't want it to happen to them

So they are paying some youths to come on social media to condemn it too

This isn't about sessesion , it's about the political criminals who feel it's their right to steal the nation's wealth

It's high time this become the norm to every single politician who has looted our nation

You are only speaking for yourself because Yorubas don't get down like that. If na to beat person dey hungry you, you fit go home and beat your parents for offending you (ikweremadu and those you are advocating violence against are some people's parents and are probably old enough to be your own parents). undecided ipob has claimed responsibility for the show of shame. Ipob doesn't speak for/represent me nor Yoruba people but rather the Igbo and South South.

Stop thinking you are not Igbo or from south east even a Hausa/Fulani man should be tired of our corrupt system. We should be advocating together. Before you know it civil war will hit this country because of your elders carelessness but guess what? They all have private jet that would move there family to any part of the world.

When their family or connects family get Kidnapped it’s easy for them to pay ransom from the too much they have stolen or just place a call and get every security operative on the case but who fights for us? Who pay the poor and oppressed ransom? Who speak for them in court? Who stop them from being harassed by police or army? Who is stopping herdsman from coming into this forum right now and shooting everyone on sight if this is a real gathering? Instead of being divided and being hypocrites because you have a problem with ipob think of what could change if these people know that we will hold them accountable for whatever they do with their positions and our money.

We are all Nigerians and we are all going through this shiits together. If we don’t do nothing, nothing will happen.

I support you 100% infact 200% percent who is ekweremadu what has he done for the igbo, the enugu west he is representing for over a decade plus what development has he brought to us nothing, I'm from ezeagu local government which is under enugu west, the last time he manipulated his way to represent us again does that mean there no qualified individual to represent us after his failed leadership, for more than a decade from 2003 till date he is there failing us, infact he is the one that boasted that he can be in the senate for life what kind of nonsense is that, he has done nothing for us, what they did to him is small, we can't continue to be deceived by these selfish looting personnel called politicians

So you are comparing Ikweremadu to criminals whom are, according to you 'beating, raping, displacing, and killing' your igbo elders and parents?? Dude, if through violence is how you igbos choose to settle your issues with your elders and leaders, that's your fuvcking business, but keep Yorubas out of it. Thanks. That you choose to insult and beat your own parents for offending or disappointing you in life doesn't mean I have to toe that path or that you should think you can treat my own parents that same way you treat yours, hell no. You try that shyt with my parents, you get smacked tha fvcck down cool. Remember that the last time some misguided (majority) igbos soldiers tried this route of cold-bloodedly assassinating purported corrupt leaders in the country, it culminated in a bloodly civil war as a result of reprisals from the Northerners whom felt they got the short end of the stick during that bloodthristy purge. If you guys are hungry to enact a repeat of that misadventure, be my guest. But ensure that you limit it to your igbo leaders and enclave undecided. Kill them all for all I care, ko kan aye mehn. undecided

I don't know why it took many of you longer time before you agreed that these Igbos are terrorists. Their activities had pointed to terrorism long time ago before Nigeria government labeled them as national terrorists. Now, they have proved to the world that they have now become international terrorists with this nefarious acts. United Nation, America, France, Isreal should take note! All of them are wired to think irrationally the same way, none of them is left with "common sense", only Nnamdi KANU can tell us where he dumbed their "common sense" since he cowardly ran out of country
