I was rejected based on CURRENT EMPLOYMENT SITUATION. Please how do I handle this in the next application??

I submitted employment and introduction letters with my SOA showing how much I received monthly.

The company belongs to my family.. it's not a big one.

Thank you guys

I regret to hear your study visa was rejected.

Did she send you an attachment with a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)? If yes, you can use this code to claim your funds in any of the Nigerian banks.

Hello House,
Having submitted the application, I got to know this thread while waiting endlessly for approval that lasted for 13months. Here is a summary of the application details.

TRV: Study Permit
Route: Online
Mode: Company sponsored
Application Date: June 3,2018
Biometrics: June 5,2018
Eligibility Reviewed: June 13,2019
Medical Done: June 28,2019
Medical Passed: July 1,2019
Approval: July 16,2019
Passport dropped: July 17,2019
Application Length: 13months

iv. Experience counts most times:
I had been worried on an application that was just taking forever with no update from the CIC until a day I read a post wherein someone
commented that application could last 14 months but Frankrobnn1 “The Seer” confidently proved that it had never lasted beyond a year. So I decided to give it two more months before I would opt to cancel the application and perhaps re-apply. But just imagine, it was APPROVED the
following month!!!

My wife is now settled with her studies, but this journey has taught me a lot about God. I sense that the mood is low in the house, but I felt
someone’s faith could be renewed by this testimony.

APPRECIATIONS
Frankrobnn1, Mcobex, Naijaforeigner, Austacus,Justmellow, Makano, sopunter….and all the gurus, only God can reward your tireless and selfless
service, thank you.

REQUEST
You guys should please accept my email request, I need your help on something else which is different from the focus of this thread.

Wow! shocked shocked this is an awesome news, the first of it's kind I must say. Congratulations to your wife. I am happy to hear it turned out positively for her in the long run. LOL grin @ the bolded word Frankrobben1 "The Seer", I am not a custodian of knowledge even though I try my possible best to gather precise information over the years from different applications within and outside of this thread. I can't believe that people do remember/keep records of my previous posts on this thread, your success story is an exemplary.

I received your email request, and I have responded to all your queries. I trust you will find them useful.

All the best

I'm afraid, It's an automatic refusal! Brace up, defer your Admission to the next available term and file for a reapplication.

It shall end in praises

Okay thank you. Just to be clear, was I supposed to submit my passport during biometrics?

For paper application you've to drop your passport with your application after biometrics,. Whilst, online route you don't have to.

Thank you. Please do you think it’s too late to apply for a masters beginning January? The school doesn’t allow deferment

It's late to reapply for winter term unless you did an upfront medicals to speed up the process.

Ease of travel.

May I know why you are asking?
You can explain to the immigration officer that you couldn't find a direct flight to your final destination that's why you decided to go through that city. Explain to him/her (if they ask) how you will manage to get to your final destination

Thanks a lot for this bro
Frankrobbn1:

Of course! nothing stops you from using your mom's German bank statement for your visa application to Canada. However, ensure that the funds in her account is sufficient enough to cover for your first year tuition and living expenses and also have some left for her personal welfare. Her steady funds over there isn't enough proof of funds, her bank statement tells more about her financial establishment. So work on her financial statement before applying.

I hope this helps

All the best!

Hello everyone, Mr Frank.
Please, what legit site can I order for my GCMS notes?

Sorry about the outcome of your application. However, I would like to inform you that we don't share third party GCMS websites on this thread as it's against the rule governing this offical window. Thus, you can explore through the internet to check out trusted websites that you can use to order for your notes.

Hello house.

Please is it compulsory I update IRCC with my new admission letter.
Got approval late but could not resume for September 2019 intake. I have however defer to January 2020 and I have a new letter of acceptance from school for this.
Should I update IRCC with the new letter or I should just ignore. If I must submit the letter, how do I go about it.

Thanks.

Hello gurus in the house, please help with the above. Thanks.

From your previous post it appears that you've not been called for medicals. Following this, a decision has already been reached on your application which is a refusal, I'll advise you pick up your passport at the VAC, defer your Admission to the next available term and subsequently prepare for a reapplication.

It shall end in praises.

I have gotten my biometric mail since on the 23rd and am yet to get any other mail since then. Does it mean i should go to vfs to claim my passport or i should wqit for mail.
Thanks in advance

Good Morning House..... I appreciate all the good works
All the gurus are doing here. Pls I have a question.... Am applying for a course in Conestoga College (Structural Steel Management and Detailing) but they only admit in January. So am left with the option of applying for January 2021 intake. Pls what’s the perfect time to start my visa process owing to the fact that I’ll be joining the January 2021 intake not 2020. I’ll be grateful if I get a response on this.....

Many Thanks
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by ralfudoh(m): 6:46am On Oct 30, 2019
As soon as you acquire your acceptance letter from Conestoga college. Admissions for Fall 2020 isn't open yet, so you will have to wait till sometime around April 2020 for Winter 2021 admissions to be ready. I hope this helps.

Its not compulsory to be typed, but considering the fact that we live in a digital age, its best if all your letters (consent, sponsorship and SOP) be typed. Secondly, if you are applying with your kids, yes you will have to go with all of them if this is the first time they are applying to Canada to submit their biometrics.
