Permit me to tender some observations I have made in almost all the stories, write-ups, comments and other types of information presentation on this platform (nairaland) involving the present government of this country.

I have noticed that time without number, that most of the times 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, respondents or commentors on issues involving the government or government programs in nairaland are always in support of the government. They will go to a great extent to rubbish any story against the government without minding if its true or false as long as it's not in support of the government.

But as you go further down the comments from other respondents or comments from other people you will start seeing more genuine comments that are more reasonable either in support or against.

This observations have made me believe that people are paid to be here!!

Yes many of the posters in politics centre where paid to be here to distort information flow .

The get paid stipend monthly to try defend the country or derail any thread against the govt .

These guys have an average age of 36 years between them and some are even in their mid forties here claiming social media consultant .

My dear I agree with on this assumption and no one is against defending or promotion of his or her paymaster but my issue is their system of defence is so unprofessional and childish. They defend and attack peoples contributions without valid points or argument.

This thing/discovery is seriously irritating me.

The owner of this forum should try and checkmate the activities or reduce their activities , so as to give nairaland the neutrality it rightly deserves.

Honestly the love I have for nairaland is fast running away! I have been with this forum for a long time and I know the level of what I have benefited with regards to information gathering and management but this new trend is seriously affecting the love I have for the forum.

If Seun refuse to checkmate the activities of his biased mods, nairaland might as well lost its past glory. It's good to make money, but human face must be put to it , I did a topic related to this jist this money snd it was deleted by one of the mods, to show that it was a delibrators action .

The government had the official media department that takes care of that ,it's the work of the mods to make sure that every news that grace the front page especially pertaining to government is from a verify source, and if not should never grace the front page, and in the event it does then the mod that put it there should be sanction

Sounds good to me.

We all know that na, the evil zombies aka BMC are littering here defending the inaptitude of the govt for a token. They forget that their parents are suffering for that.

Propaganda is actually a tool which is deployed by any organization or government to drive an agenda and people are used to drive this machine. Op maybe right but remember that sometimes individuals are also driven by a sense of entitlement which makes us reason differently
