I saw an instagram poll where someone asked if a woman is raped by her boss and given two million to keep quiet, if she'd accept it? I saw two comments flagged, one of which a woman said she'd accept the money, keep quiet, resign and start a new life. 2 million go finish but that part of you damaged would remain for a long time and no one has done anything meaningful with hush money. This kind of mentality needs to change. The African woman is hardworking, dedicated, respectful, a homemaker, an adviser, a pacifier and a builder. The mentality that causes women to be disrespected needs to change and respect/protection from the malefolk becomes automatic.
