Oga Tinubu, OBJ has written his own condolence message, pls use your own words to write your own. Don't criticize OBJ cos everyone is entitled to his/her opinion(s). You can't force kind words from someone no matter the circumstance. With what we've been told about what the late senator's past dealings were as alleged by the USA, I hope this your sudden defense of him is not a case of 'birds of a feather flock together' undecided.
Dem be the same.

Before other regions discovered that route, Yorubas had already perfected and overused it.

Oga your comment is higher political, see i don’t know your tribe but in yoruba land we don’t speak ill of a dead person eventhough the person was a devil when on earth which i thought baba Obasanjo should have known better but i think baba as well spoke from personal view which shouldn’t have been so.

I thought they were friends by the way because i have a friend who work in kashamu’s hotel on victoria island where they use to chill together then.

99% of you on this topic are IBOs under depression fighting psychological war of survival in Nigeria.

On another topic - "A lady shares her experiences as Churches reopen in Lagos today" , Some IBOs started talking about Amala / Ewedu and brown roofs that have no bearing at all with the topic .That is high level of depression.
Hey I am not an Igbo man, so leave me out of this non sense. You can still be doing the Yoruba and Igbo bull's hit count me out. Until reality heat you suddenly . I don't care about your popularity your wealth, or any other thing you think you got, try and reflect through your humanity. A bad man is bad even in dead Nigerian leaders reflect.

This is lazy journalism coming from Independent as Tinubu's statement had nothing to do with Obasanjo, Rather, he only made a general statement based on the late politician's perceived unsavoury reputation in an era where majority will be happy to see all of today's politicians die of covid 19. Shouldn't journalists know how to separate facts from personal opinions? By the way, there's a lot to Investigate and report on Southern Kaduna, NE, NW, boko haram, Edo, wasteful oil exploration in the North, Hausa Fulani presidency in 2023, Buhari's seeming fear of the service chiefs, developments on the almajairi practice, sharia etc. The list is endless. So there's no need for boring sensational headlines

I don't get, why should we be kind to a man that robbed us, sold drugs that probably has caused more harm in homes and communities...why should we be kind to a dead man that participated in stealing our common wealth and turned it to his own personal use, I hope others will learn from this. Death is common to all, do good while you're alive.

Please take heart, a fellow koko pusher has gone to give account of his stewardship to the creator because nothing lasts forever, the wealth and influence all ends here no one can beat death and eternal rewards.

kashamu had a heavy heart of giving. Do you know how many families benefitted from him? More families have benefitted from kashamu than even obasanjo

[quote author=Righteousness89 post=92635051][i]The Truth of the Matter is that, Nothing we say or do affects the Dead!

No words, Prayer , kindness, Wickedness and all that can affect the Dead

I disagree with you on this, heaven, purgatory and hell. If you doubt purgatory, were was Christ before the resurrection. Remember HE told Mary, do not touch me for I have not ascended to my father. Purgatory is were the soul is purified before heaven, they need our prayers

Tinubu just bit the dust! The death of an unrepentant (as known to men) fugitive at law who became a Senator a loss to the nation? If Tinubu had nothing to say he was better mute!

As we all know, Buruji was not a perfect man just like everyone of them (including Obasanjo)...Therefore, as an older man and a former president, Obasanjo should have chilled out with his words...The man (OBJ) released his statement less than an hour after the passing of Buruji. This kind of action simply shows a sign of a tiny mind and a soul of a vindictive human being.

You Just don’t throw a stone at every bird...always use your head, you don’t have to win every fight.

On the other hand, whether you like him or hate him, Tinubu continues to exhibit a role of a true leader and a mind of a magnificent politician.
The man knows when to talk, what to say and when to simply shut up. I guess, that’s why he’s called the Jagaban of Nigeria.
