If you write blindly, your books won't sell. Doing keywords research before writing helps you find profitable keywords that can bring in $15 to $20 daily at least for starters. Mutliply that by 30 days, that's something.

For me, I usually go for keywords between 1-1000 search results.

To search for new keywords, go to Amazon categories and browse through all the categories one by one looking at the titles of the different books. If you see any title that catches your attention, write it down. Look for up to 10 titles, then use Amazon search bar (www. amazon. com) to search their competition to see if they falls between 1 to 1000 search results criteria.

Sometimes, still go for keywords with search results of 1500 to 2000.

It's Google. Amazon never release their search data, but Google's search data is closely related to the overall search trends so it's measure of what's being searched on Amazon too.
