That's the problem I have with you pdp guys.you don't pay attention to details.it cost pdp imo state.the constitution in section 285 talks about disqualification while section 138 of the electoral act talks about exclusion.a quick search or both words will reveal a big difference.there is no conflict.justice kekere ekun will do justice to it

Its late now because the case has already been decided and you can not add or subtract at this level of appeal, even to the level of supreme court. Any bribe given to you is your own free share of the state resources it will not add any value to their so called appeal

It will interest you to know that,it's a political party that sponsors a candidate, that is the law,our laws does not recognise independent candidacy, since the political party said the acclaimed candidate is not their member and that they didn't went to the tribunal, that nails it because you can't put something on nothing and expect it to stand.
