Blast of this magnitude fit disintegrate some extraterrestrial bodies maybe mars as it won't be done in just open space na...the force may serve as propellant pushing some large and small particles (large meteorites, asteroids) to earth..DAT na double disaster as we no go fit predict where all go fall....abi
But why dem invent am in the first place sef..?
it is not even possible to transport the bombs there because of its mammoth weight. |

They were toys in comparison to what few countries have today. There are 4 countries have Nuclear Triad Capabilities US, Russia, India, China And to maintain effectiveness Not only these countries have Nukes but the Thermonukes as well (The Fusion bomb) Also those Nuke deliveries on Hiroshima and Nagasaki were pretty much unguided by 2000 mtr CEP, Thus less causalities. But Now American UGM 133 RM2 Trident can deliver Nukes within 90 mtr accuracy. Russia Topol M can deliver nuke with 200 mtr accuracy India`s Agni V can deliver Nukes within exactly 20 mtr accuracy.Scary ethicallyright:
...and they're actually the first and only country to use it in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. 1 Like |

so how do you TAKE oxygen out of that explosion? pour BUCKETS OF water quickly! or SHOOT a bomb of OXYGEN. SirMichael1: To fire, oxygen is an oxidizer. Take away oxygen from fire and the fire starves to death. If you detonate that in space without oxygen, i'm afraid that it won't explode/combust. Really, the radius of the blast is affected by the oxygen intake of the fire.
in fires, the core is the hotest part. This is so because fire absorbs oxygen to itself (its core) and expands out. The more fuel that oxygen combust/burns, the more heat in the core, the more its radius expands. That's why nothing can survive within the core of a nuclear blast. Let's assume we provide oxygen for combustion while in space. First, hope you know there's no gravity in space? In the earth, gravity and nitrogen gases make oxygen stay down on earth and that's why if you go higher skywards, oxygen reduces and it becomes difficult to breathe.
When the bomb is detonated, the blast will take an undefined shape but before that... first you'll see a spherical shape with a red (literally) core covered by a blue flame (more like the one from your gas cylinder). The blue flame signifies complete combustion without impurities. Now remember that on earth, oxygen is held down by gravity. In space no gravity, there's an undefined shape to which oxygen will take and whatever it takes, that is what the fire will take.
Now because there's no gravity pulling the oxygen to the fire's core, fires in space aren't as hot as it is here and they also burns slowly. |

Hahaha. You're funny. I like funny people. Using the principle of a fire extinguisher, you pour a chemical that reacts with fire to produce CO2 which quenches it. And no where did I mention taking oxygen from that explosion. And example of how oxygen is needed for combustion: light a match stick and while it's still burning, quickly put it in your mouth and shut your mouth. The fire quenches immediately. |

Explorers: Weighing around 30 U.S. Tonnes.
A specially-engineered Tu-95 bomber carried the Tsar Bomba some 600 miles from an airfield in northern Russia to the site of the test an outcrop of the remote Severny Island.
A pilot named Andrei E. Durnovtsev was selected as the squadron leader, he was to fly the customized Tupolev Tu-95 “Bear” airplane armed with the bomb.
Another pilot, an unnamed major of the Soviet Air Force, was tasked with flying the second plane, a smaller Tupolev Tu-16, to observe and film the test.
Although the bomb was fitted with a parachute that was designed to slow down its descent towards the detonation altitude and give the pilots enough time to get clear of the destruction zone, everyone involved in the operation was aware that the bomb delivery crew had only a 50 percent chance of surviving the mission.
Both planes were painted in anti-flash white, a special military paint designed to protect the integrity of the aircraft and the health of the crew by reflecting the thermal radiation produced by a nuclear explosion, and the crew was equipped with black-out visors that were designed to protect their eyes from the blinding brightness of the unprecedented flash.
When the planes took off, the men were aware that their fate was in the hands of chance.
When Major Durnovtsev reached the agreed coordinates, a Soviet general on the ground remotely released the 27-ton bomb which immediately deployed its parachute and started descending towards the altitude at which it was set to detonate.
Durnovtsev, who was aware of the fact that the pilots had only about two and a half minutes to fly to the distance of at least 30 miles away from drop point, channeled all of his concentration and hope into bringing his crew to safety.
When the bomb detonated, the smaller and faster plane had already reached the distance of at least 50 miles, but Durnovtsev in his Tu-95 had managed to get only about 28 miles from the center of the explosion.
The Tsar’s shock wave, which traveled faster than the speed of sound, reached the plane and caused it to fall rapidly for almost a mile.
Three of the crewmen reportedly lost consciousness, but Major Durnovtsev remained in control.
He managed to set the plane back on course and safely land at a mainland Air Force base some 300 miles away.
