The level of Uneducated people around that place is terrible.

Your concern is about the suga owner being poor, but you don't have concerns that your fellow man life is wasted. His family lost him forever, the children he feeds with little he get, what will happen to them? Your concerns about his burial, but your not concerned that a generation has been wasted, you think all people that are doing menial job will end the life with menial job. The truck kill his future, we can't count everything that is lost by wasting a life because is unlimited.

I wish they get the truck driver and burn him together with the truck to show example to others.

This is Nigeria, a land that hates justice, honestly, reasoning, sympathy, all that matters is kill the poor and let the rich live. Steal from masses because we are the government, allied with others to condemned my citizen's that vote me in power because others promise me bigger seat.

Check heavy duty drivers sanity,alcohol test,eye sight,break lighs,one way,trafigator etc.

Maintain the roads,mark speed limits,zebra crossings,pedestrian zones,service lanes etc.
