Do you still have the vibrations and tremors?
If you have and are lucky, I’d advise you abstain or at least use inexpensive testing kits found online with condoms rather than sero guessing. Or at least rush to the hospital 72 hrs after unprotected sex. Pls reply.

Well, for me, the doctor recommended urine test, urethra swab and a blood test. Result showed I had too much calcium due to my everyday liquid milk. I stopped and the rumbling stomach stopped. As per the white turn, it just cleared on it's own. I also did hiv test which came back negative.

So, I'm totally fine now, no stomach disturbances or any other pain.

I'll advice you take some antifungal drugs, but if you're not concerned about the white tongue, you can leave, it'll cleared eventually.

You should also seek for more tests as recommended by a doctor. I'll advice you go to a teaching hospital, if there's anyone near you.

Color changes in your urine should not be joked with.

Let me also add that the recommended what she called "stronger vitamin B complex", I also took iron supplement (blood tonic). I don't know which one did the magic for me
