Nobody just proceed on violent protests but the right to peaceful protests is well enshrined in the constitution. Police is nobody's friend as far as state brutality and injustice is concerned. 120 Likes 7 Shares

Abeg what have the police done about these violent thugs/miscreants that disrupted peaceful #EndSARS protests in Abuja and Lagos? This is because the same police threatening against violent protests were no where to be seen when these violent thugs reigned supremely during the peaceful protests.Sane Nigerians need answer 125 Likes 8 Shares

Protest is allowed in as much as it is peaceful and doesn’t violate the rights of others. Blocking of roads and preventing others from going about their lawful business is illegal and must be treated as violent protest. The peaceful protesters must also put in place all necessary measures to ensure that the protest is not hijacked. Security agencies should treat any sign of violence with maximum force. There must never be a repeat of the kind of nonsense carnage that we saw the last time out. 28 Likes 5 Shares |

Freedom of lawful association is enshrined in our constitution. This is now militocracy. The police belief that they can issue out orders and enforce it irrespective of the fact that they violate peoples constitutional rights. 9 Likes 1 Share |

The level of insecurity in Nigeria, requires urgent attention. Is it that our leaders, at all levels, are not aware or they are just insensitive? 2 Likes |

Hahaha , the same police that is crying about lack of proper funding and ill-equipped officers. I have always said it, the government may be not be the force to trigger the much needed revolution, their goons (the security agencies) will mistakenly play into the hands of the masses. 7 Likes |

Stop police brutality first. Stop corruption in Nigeria first. Stop stealing and looting in political offices. Then you can give people nothing to protest about. 6 Likes |
