It's just crazy how the government allow Dangote play around the prices of a commodity that should be cheap because about 90% of the components needed to produce the cement is in country and it's purchased in Naira. The major factor that determines location of an industry is availability of raw material, so maybe the raw materials are scarce in South East region

So, how will dangote and bua sell their cement to neighbourhood countries?

This is exactly what happened to petrol during fuel subsidy regime.
A loss to federal government and profit to smugglers.
