Hi, did u work as one of the INEC adhoc staff during the last general election? I asked the question because of the ease with which u provided the sort codes of bank branches in the country. It had occured to me INEC demanded it be provided. Yours truely was one of the adhoc staff. Hope u wouldn't mind my digression.

Very funny, I did not participate in the last election. I got the list from a friend when we were asked to supply sort-code in school. I've had it since.

All PRESSID awardees who wish to join the facebook group:

Thanks. I sent mine a few minutes ago. But I think 40K is inadequate especially if one has American/Canadian universities in mind. Anyway, NUC tried.

As for me, it's not money that is delaying me, but positive responses from potential supervisors, that I contacted (as directed by the application procedures), who need to give their consent (about availability of space) before I can go on to make a formal application.
