My wife's menstrual period has been irregular for a while now.
Last month, she saw her period on the 6th of November and it only lasted for three days.
Since then she hasn't seen it and it's over a month late already.
She was expecting it on 1st of December and today 10th December she is yet to see her period.
Before now, she was diagnosed for PID when she did an ultra soundscan
She then went for HVS (womanly swab) which showed Yeast/Chlamidysis infection.
She treated it with DEZEL kit and insertion for the first week and used Augmentin and Flagyl the following week.
She was adviced to do a TVS (Transvaginal scan).
Whats the essence of a TVS?
I need to take the test for my wife.
How revealing is it?

my baby is two months old. I found out anytime my husband
and i have (protected) sex, i spot blood for about 2 - 3 days. Is the blood menses?
If not, when will the menses return?
Is it safe to continue having intercourse? Am i ok?

I notice that after having sex with my husband and get up immediatly (without laying down for like 5mins) the sperm will start dropping/coming out from my virgina but if lay back for some mins it wont come out. Please i want to know, is this normal? or could it be that something is wrong with me. Please i want an urgent answer as time is not by my side.

Your hormonal result should have the normal ranges spelt out.You however need to take it to your doctor and from the look of things,it seems you are suffering from ANOVULATION.

Your progesterone might need to be boosted.Relax,it's under control

Thanks. My wife's gynaecologist had sent her to one of the most reputable labs in the southwest for the hormonal profile and everything is within normal limits except for the ANOVULATION. The specialist seem not to know what to recommend again as she has tried premolute, clomid, and the FSH injections. I have equally done seminal analysis which says that the quality and quantity? I have been praying but i need to support my prayers with concrete actions. Pls proffer suggestions

I am 27 years old and not yet married. My menses was to come on the 26th of this month but as at today being 28th, it hasn't come at all.

This is the first time I'm experiencing this in my life, I have not had irregular menses in the past. In fact my last menses came the exact date it should.

Although, I have had yeast infection few months back ( say 4 or 5 months ago) which has been treated and currently, I'm not having any health challenge.

I am also not pregnant because I calculated the date I met with my fiance last and my last ovulation period. To be doubly sure, I use PT strip to carry out home based pregnancy test and it came out negative.

I am veeerrryyy worried, please come to my aid. What could possibly be happening to me?

i have written u a long time explaining that my husband lives abroad and comes home like 2 times a year.he stazs up to 2-3 months each time,and how i ve bin trzing to get pregnat.i also told u dat i had a d&c sometime in 2004.i even took clomid in feb 2010(from d second day-last)and i never took in but had postcoital bleeding which i suspected was a festus we upset during babydancing,but u adviced me to check for infections as u dont tink its a baby.
well did dec he came home again and my period which was supossed ro start on d 27th never came until 4th jan but it was light-spotting even.i ve not experienced that before.but lo & behold on 9th jan it became more like a normal period but was painful and i even vomited,i also noticed that d pain subsided a little when 2 large clots came out of me and from that daz onwards the period flowed well for some more 7days.
i went to d hospital & after complaining to d doctor,he sent me for a hvs mcs and prolactin test.the result of d test showed infection-e.coli.i was placed on antibiotics & gentamicin inj for 7days.i also had ovulation profiling from d 17th -21st and they were all positive.
now my questions are:
1)can e.coli prevent one from geting pregnant?
2)is it possible that all 5 days of my ovulation profiling can b positive?
3)how do i get pregnant?
my husband sperm analysis was ok.
