Hi, pls i want 2 know d books dat we r 2 study 4 Lit-in-eng. I have not bought my Jamb form yet cos i'm planning on buying it next year(due 2 some reasons). I heard dat dey change it every 4 yrs nd dat it will be different 4rm dis yr. |

The easiest way to score 250+ in JAMB is to start reading early and systematically with the syllabus. I make bold to say that if you can solve the entire past questions at least twice in all the subject, then you have nothing to fear. However, it could be boring and tedious to do, but it is the best way to prepare. There are no new questions in the actual sense but modifications of past questions. In view of the above, here are some books writen in cognisance of above fact: 1. Biology- "Explicit Biology- A Revision Course, GCE, SSCE, JAMB (UTME) & POST-UTME (2nd Edition), by O.J. My reason for commenting on this thread is to give support to macmos to guide the prospective JAMBites, contrary to your perception. That said, from my experience in preparing students for JAMB over the years, I have come to the conclusion that questions are recycled. Of course they may not be words-for-words. Again, contrary to your claim, I can show you more than five questions that were lifted from the past questions in biology (2012) words-for-words; and several others that were paraphrased. However, I am not advocating craming of past questions but fervent solving of past questions is an element of effective preparation. Therefore, I will recommend any book that address the syllabus with copious questions for practice and emphasis. That is why I recommended the books in the thread below, particularly: Explicit Biology-A Revision Course (2nd Edition) by O.J. OAU accept two sitting pls I will want to stop addressing issue of subject combination for utme cos I believe u v the JAMB brochure! Which is what I use here also n it better for u to check ursef cos I might be in hurry to check n will give u a wrong combination which will definitely affect ur admission process so pls check ursef first n if u r not so sure ask what u not sure about. Its adviseable to make OBA AWON UNIVERSITY as ur first choice...because its nt going to admitt u based on chosen them as second choice. |

Hi 2 al prospective jambites, am jst a passer by, lol! I jst got admitted in2 uniport 2 sturdy dental surgery & dentistry. I put dem as my 2nd choice. So i advice any1 dat hv choose his/her 1st choice nd stil confuse abt d sch 2 mek 2nd choice 2 try uniport. Dia ar chances 4 2nd choice candidates unlyk oda fed unis i hv kom akros. I assure u dat if u do wel in dia putme, no 1 wil deny u of ur admissn, weda ur 4rm Rivers or nt. It helpt me daz y i decided 2 share it so dat odaz can get help also.
